Enjoy stunning Gulf views at Majestic Sun from this newly updated vacation rental beach condo during your next vacation in Miramar Beach, FL. Majestic Sun 804A at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the eighth floor and sleeps a total of 6 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


Upon entering this newly updated two bedroom, two bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate up to two guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you would need for a home cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to six while the breakfast bar can seat an additional three people. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers a flat-screen TV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony and has its own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bath, perfect for children. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 6.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

We’ve come to Destin for 10yrs this by far was the best experience we’ve had! The facilities are outstanding! It smelt like a brand new condo! We highly recommend. The owner or person we texted with was very helpful and understanding! I can’t recommend them enough! Hands down perfect place and looks just like the photos!

There were 6 adult girls that stayed in the condo for a bachelorette trip, it was exactly like what is is listed online! Super clean and decorated beautifully. Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location! Would absolutely stay here again!!

The condo was so clean and so easy to access. They had everything there for us like beach chairs, pool noodles, an umbrella, and even an air mattress pump. The view was beautiful and we will definitely be staying again!

We absolutely loved the property. The bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom are not comfortable at all. Also, the top bunk holds up to 150lbs. This needs to be stated for those not bringing kids and relying on those beds for grown adults. Luckily we were able to make these beds work for our group though.

We loved the condo and the hotel. This was our 5th year staying at the majestic sun. The only downside to the condo was that there is no longer a TV in the kids bunk room. This was a big inconvenience and was told there was nothing they could do about it except and extra activity on one of the days. It was false advertisement and failure on destin palms part for not making that update on website.

This condo is beautiful!! Completely renovated with the newest deco ideas...shiplap on the bar, ceiling in living room, and kitchen. The granite countertops are very nice and the kitchen is well equip for any type of chef. No spices so bring your own. The beds are very comfortable but look out for that pesky sand which I assume is hard to remove. The kids bunks had a little sand in the sheets. But, they could care less. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and even a "makeup" removing washclothe. Washer and Dryer is nice to have in the room. Really comfortable place to stay, it felt like a home away from home. The disappointing part of the trip was check-in. We requested early check-in b/c we knew we'd be there around 2 pm. Not only did we not hear back about not being able to check in early, but we also had no clue that check-in isn't at exactly 4 pm. We unloaded our luggage and we were thankful we could leave it with the front desk so we could find something to do until 4 pm. We returned at 4 pm only to find our room still wasn't ready, we sat and waited for well over an hour in the lobby with all our belongings. I called twice to get an estimated time for check-in and was told they were still cleaning the condo. So, be aware, your check-in window is 4 pm to 6 pm.
