Vista extraordinaria del golfo 3 dormitorios, 3 baños Majestic Sun 214B condominio en Seascape Resort. Esta es una unidad final altamente deseable en el segundo piso que ofrece vistas panorámicas sin obstrucciones del Golfo de México. Esta unidad incluye un espacio de estacionamiento cubierto. El interior acaba de ser actualizado con pintura nueva y fue decorado profesionalmente. No solo tiene unas vistas impresionantes del golfo de México, sino que los tranquilos colores costeros se extienden dentro del condominio para crear un ambiente acogedor.


Acceda al balcón privado desde la sala de estar o la suite principal con cama extra grande. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse, cenar y observar las hermosas puestas de sol que ofrece la Costa Esmeralda. Al estar en el segundo nivel y justo enfrente de la playa, puedes escuchar el sonido de las olas rompiendo, trascendiéndote a un estado relajado. El interior de esta unidad ofrece un plan de piso espacioso y abierto. La cocina cuenta con amplios gabinetes, despensa y barra de desayuno elevada para una cena informal. La suite principal con vistas al golfo con vistas excepcionales junto con acceso al balcón, un vestidor y baño privado. El baño principal ofrece un tocador doble. El plano de piso dividido permite privacidad. El segundo dormitorio es una suite queen con baño privado. El tercer dormitorio ofrece una cama litera doble. Perfecto para una gran familia para quedarse mientras está de vacaciones. También cuenta con una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora.


Con este alquiler, se le proporcionan dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla en su apartamento que puede llevar a la playa, en lugar de gastar $ 40 por día utilizando el operador de servicios de playa local. Para mayor comodidad, nuestra oficina está en el lugar, en la planta baja del edificio B en Majestic Sun en caso de que necesite algo.

Great for families

Honest Review

We have been coming to the area several years and always stay at a different condo. I could be petty about some things like the ripped curtains and dirty furniture but in the scheme of things, it was fine. No bugs either! Excellent location, too. Maintenance extremely responsive with a smoke alarm issue and a stolen bike issue that we rented through them: 10/10 for their response to this. The fridge absolutely needs to be replaced though! We complained and their answer was to freeze a bowl of water. It leaked the entire time and froze our food and drinks. Also, the tub was clogged and it did not get fixed. Something to consider that is a personal preference: this is the second floor which is close to road noise and car lights at night. But it really ended up fine and we would return as long as fridge issue was fixed.

Could be 5 star - But a long way from it

I have been renting vacation properties for better than 20 years, a number through VRBO. When I see a property that has a noted problem and the manager acknowledges, I generally assume it to be corrected. With this unit, if you see something that was noted previously, it continues to exist; such as soiled furnishings (noted in the review by Ashley T. in her stay of July 2020).They are not simply soiled now, they are filthy. A problem with the refrigerator freezing food noted in September 2021; still exists. Torn black out drapes (both master bedroom and living area); hard to believe someone had not seen these before!! There are a number of other minor issues I will not repeat that have been brought to the attention of the property manager. This unit needs some TLC and it is apparent the owner doesn't care as long as Glass Casa dba Destin Palms Vacations continues to rent as is. I note the property continues to be advertised on VRBO with an average of 4.4 for reviews. I'm not sure whose review system was used for that but any nightly cost above Motel 6 is exorbitant and any rating above 2.0 is highly misleading if you care about quality. You have been warned. Do not assume issues previously noted have been addressed; they likely have not been.

Beware! Unit had bugs, no response from management

When we got to the unit we found both dead and small live roaches. We sent a fix it form through the app we were given by the management company (this was not the owner) and never got a response. Since we only saw a few, we decided to stick it out and didn’t see more after the second day. There was a pest company card in the unit so I am guessing it was treated prior to our arrival. Overall unit is fine and is just like the pictures. Great location but you will hear all the road noise at night as it is a second story unit on the street. Overall ok stay (except for the bugs and no response!) would not stay here again

Rise and shine to ocean views

We had a wonderful week and really enjoyed this space. The condo is an end unit so very little noise from other guests. We also had a stair access right outside the door which we utilized more than the elevators. That was handy! I did read some of the reviews prior to our stay, but issues noted in those reviews were not a pain point for us. Some stains on the furniture-yup, some cracks on the plastic patio furniture- sure, a little sand left behind- it’s the beach. See a bug or two?- it’s Florida. All the amenities worked as advertised. The rental company was very accommodating of our early arrival and late departure(they just watch our bags for an hour or so). The ocean views were amazing, the running path was great, the pool was close. We had such a great week. I would recommend this to families, and small groups.

Relaxing Beach Family Vacation

We wanted to take our family to the beach to celebrate my oldest daughter’s high school graduation. This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the six of us, and an easy walk across the street and our toes were in the sand! There were a couple restaurants within walking distance and so much more a short drive away. We didn’t have any need to contact the property owner, but communication through an online app made check in/out easy, and I feel like I had easy access if help had been needed. Would definitely recommend for a fun family get-away!

The condo architecture, grounds & pool were very nice as was the location. But this individual unit had roaches & a number of worn furnishings that spoke of an ownership that was not being attentive. At this price range visitors should not have unsuitable/shredded porch chairs, heavily soiled fabric on the only couch, beach chairs rusted shut & a tattered porch walk-off mat to note a few specifics. Many of these are not expensive replacement items and then when you add to this the dismay of opening the cabinet above the microwave to see a roach scurry away & then see more subsequently & by the toaster. Well, ownership is NOT doing their part.

Majestic Sun - Great location .... unit shows use!

Overall, great week. Majestic Sun 214B The unit is in a great location but you can tell this is a rental as cabinets, couch, and patio furniture not in great shape. Couch was dirty and hadn’t appeared to have been cleaned in a long time. Outdoor furniture is worn out. Plastic and beginning to break apart. Cushions are worn out on chairs. The rest of the unit was good. Three bedrooms with plenty of space. Not related to unit was gym - one elliptical didn’t work even though three people said they had notified the property manager. It shuts off 3-4 mins into your workout. With the above, we would stay again but may try another three bedroom. Whale Tails on the beach - over priced and food is average at best. Surf Hut - definitely worth a visit. Everything on the beach is pricey so eat at the condo and pack drinks for the beach. Saves $$$$. Don’t drive during the day - traffic is a mess. Early mornings or late evening is best to venture out to store if you need anything. Again, week stay was good, weather great, location solid and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop and Alvins (beach stuff). Enjoy

Great location with end unit

We were very happy with the condo with four adults and four smaller children. Taking the stairs was great with the corner unit and not having to deal with risk of Covid on the elevator. The bunk buds for the kids were fantastic and each having a full bath. We will be back- the kitchen could use some upgrades with utensils, knives, coffee pot, etc. The only other recommendation is cleaning of the off white couch. The decor was super cute and rustic. Overall would recommend this property.

Great Stay but beds were very uncomfortable

The place was absolutely amazing but unfortunately the master bedrooms bed was extremely uncomfortable. Come to find out, it was actually broken. :( other than that. The experience was great! The beach was breath taking and such a great location.
