Welcome to beauty at the Beach! This exquisitely decorated, platinum rated three bedroom, three bath, first floor condominium is perfect for a large family or group of friends who want to share a fun beach holiday at one of the finest resorts on the Emerald Coast. The comfort and delight of our guests are the primary consideration in selecting the new decor, with its wonderful architectural details, and equipping the unit with the latest appliances and state of the art televisions. The spacious terrace overlooks the lush landscaped tropical garden area surrounding the pools, with the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico in the background, making it a perfect place for relaxation while basking in the Florida sun.

The Crescent is conveniently located near a wide variety of shopping venues and local restaurant favorites and is directly on the beach. Being a midrise property, with only sixty eight units, assures everyone plenty of space for lounging comfortably on the beach or around the two pools, one of which is heated seasonally. This property also offers two conference rooms, one of which is large enough to host a family gathering or small reception, a fitness center, a library/business center, free beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas), a service award-winning front desk staff, as well as a secure gated complex. With so many fine attributes, The Crescent not only has the style and grace of a premier resort, but a peaceful and serene setting.

From September 2021 to May 2022, the Crescent will be undergoing an exterior renovation project. Guests may not have access to their balconies during certain periods for safety precautions. There will be noise and dust throughout this project, and interior unit access will not be necessary at any time. Windows and sliding glass doors will not be removed as part of the project, however, they will be painted and protected against damage. Don't hesitate to contact the owner

Perfect accommodations!

Crescent 115 was absolutely perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Our boys had a great room to share and both rooms for the adults were spacious and comfortable. The condo was very well-equipped with anything we could have possibly needed. The views were gorgeous and the amenities were outstanding! We really appreciated the chairs/umbrella that were included with our stay. (We had enough stuff to carry with two kids, so not having to haul chairs to the beach was very helpful!) Working with the owners was great too! They were so friendly and had great communication. We will definitely put this condo on our list of places to return to.

Beautiful condo - great location

As a group of 5 ladies in our 50s and 60s, we throughly enjoyed staying here. Everything was neat and clean. The condo is well equipped for cooking a gourmet meal. The only thing we were missing was a citrus zester, so we purchased one to use and left it for future guests. An ample supply of dishes and towels were provided. The furniture is comfortable. The weather was perfect for sitting on the deck outside.

Our stay in Crescent 115 was nothing short of amazing. The condo was CLEAN, beautiful, quiet, and had an amazing view of the pool and beach. This unit was the most well supplied unit that we have ever stayed in, and had literally anything and everything that you might need. The main master suite was amazing with a great view of the ocean, a BIG comfortable bed, and a huge bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and closet. This will be the place we come back to for years to come.

Lovely stay!!!

The accomodations had everything we needed and more and the owners were great to work with. The property is located right on the beach with easy private access. This was honestly one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at and look forward to going back again!

A little piece of paradise in Miramar Beach

This property is five stars. The condo has full amenities and is very nicely appointed with new furniture. It is very clean and well kept. The property owner. Kim is extremely responsive to any needs. You may have. I would highly recommend staying at this condo when you are in Miramar Beach. The Crescent property is ideal for families groups or a girlfriend getaway. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and are in close proximity to the beach. I can’t wait to get back there!

Excellent property!

We have stayed in a lot of condos over the years. This one is our new favorite! It is newly furnished with quality and comfortable sofas and chairs. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The resort view was tropical and pleasant and we loved having beach chair and umbrella service provided. It is an easy walk to the beach. The Property is located in an ideal area of Miramar Beach and it’s an easy walk to groceries, stores and restaurants. We didn’t need to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. This one will stay on our list for a future visit!

I can’t say enough for this property and host! The condo is filled with quality furnishings, linens and kitchen equipment. The condo is beautiful and contains many extras — games, dvds, books, etc. The Crescent facility is well maintained and the beach access is excellent. Most importantly, the owners understand hospitality and are a pleasure to interact with! Will definitely rent again when in Destin.

Had a lovely beach Christmas at The Crescent. Very comfortable condo, beds were really great...everything was just as promised and shown. Tastefully decorated - the kitchen is very well equipped. Great appliances and washer/dryer. We felt totally at home and hated to leave.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

Everything was PERFECT! Our crew feels as though we have found a hidden treasure! If I could rate it 10 stars I would. First off, cleanliness. I’m super picky. It was immaculate. As soon as you walked in it smelled wonderful. It felt clean, looked clean, and after thorough inspection, it was pert near spotless. The owner has went above and beyond what any condo owner I’ve ever dealt with has. You can feel the love and care in the home. And that’s just what it feels like, home. The views are gorgeous, the pool area is beautiful and well kept. I had a little one, and the trip to the beach was easy. Communication with Kim was very good. She seems to be so kind. We walked to surf shops and restaurants. The master bed was so so comfortable. The condo is large and roomy. We packed beach supplies and we ended up not needing it, as the condo already had those things available for use. The supply of beach toys and 4 chairs and two umbrellas was wonderful. I could go on and on (and I think I have)! If your looking for a perfect condo that you think just isn’t out there, don’t worry, this is it!! You will not be disappointed. We plan to return here every year if we can. We feel this place was a God send. Thanks so much Rice Family for playing a huge part in one of the best vacations we have ever had!

We absolutely loved the convenience, beauty, and comfort of this condo on the beach. With young children, it made getting to the beach such a breeze. The condo had everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony was stunning and the room decor was beautiful. The most enjoyable trip we’ve been on. Thank you!
