This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale living room, quartz counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout. Pool Size: 6' X 8'. The neighborhood also features a large community pool. The beach front lifestyle you’ve been dreaming of is at your fingertips!

Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach. You can also reserve your spot each morning through the Frangista Beach service vendor (La Dolce Vita) These aren't your typical chair and umbrella beach boys, the guys at La Dolce Vita can assist with all of your beach sports needs including but not limited to; bike rentals, jet skis, parasailing, surf board rental, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach going wheel chairs and even a floating adventure park! If you grow tired of the surf and sand take a dip in the Frangista Beach community pool located in the center of the neighborhood on Los Angeles Street.

The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytown wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids and fireworks all summer long! (Just 5 minutes east of Frangista Beach)

FREE BEACH SERVICE PROVIDED MARCH 1-NOV 30 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach

SMALL DOGS OK PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX AND COVERS UP TO 2 ADULT DOGS 25LBS OR LESS

POOL HEAT (Available Oct-May) -The private splash pool can be heated for an additional $55/day plus tax or $385/week plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Please inquire with us the size of vehicles you intend to bring. Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
