Pam, the host, is amazing! Great communication! The room is clean and a short walk to the beach. One would be hard pressed to find a better rental in Miramar.

Great location in Miramar. Absolutely beautiful beaches. Host is attentive when contacted. Condo is beautifully decorated and a comfortable place to come back to after spending a day at the beach or out exploring. A few places to walk to eat within a mile or less. Most likely, you’ll want to drive or Uber. Great restaurants within a few miles.

This Destin condo has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Great balcony view of the beach and beautifully decorated throughout. Great host communication with zero issues. We will return ASAP!

Our time at the condo was amazing! Loved having the beach service and had space for your family to enjoy building sandcastles. We enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the waves. The condo was beautifully decorated, had all the cookware and utensils needed. Pam thought of it all for things needed for the kitchen.

We had a awesome time and the condo made the trip that much better. The location is perfect, very quiet condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here! Perfect location for us and beautiful view from the balcony. The beach is easily accessible and was not super crowded. Love that beach service is included!! There are also more chairs in a closet along with some beach toys. I will definitely recommend this unit to others & we hope to go back!

Summer Family Vacation

Well stocked condo with nice view of the ocean. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. Beach service was a plus. Pool, hot tub, grills, fitness center and gaming center were located close to condo and made our stay very enjoyable!

Beachside condo

We had a great stay! The condo is right on the beach and the balcony views are amazing. Having beach service chairs was great, no hauling chairs and umbrellas! The condo is not the most updated vacation rental we have stayed at but it had everything we needed.

Great beach vaca

The condo & unit were older, but the owner was extremely nice & quick to answer questions. Seating in living room was GREAT, large L-shaped couch & 2 chairs were all comfortable & gave plenty of space for relaxing. View of the gulf was great! Showers were a little slow to drain & master bath curtain was a little dirty, but overall a great stay.

Family Spring Break

Pam was a responsive host and has a true love of this condo. The condo met my family of five’s needs. Our favorite part were the two sliders and balcony off the main living area and master allowing us to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The large open main living area with large dining table and roomy bedrooms accommodated our needs. We appreciated the short walk between the pool and beach with beachside chairs and umbrellas. The couple issues we had, we addressed with the host and had resolution. Though could use a bit of updating, the feel of the condo and complex was private and gated with location near shopping and restaurants that met our needs.

Clean and comfortable!!

We somehow came to the Sunshine State and managed to not see a single ray of sunshine due to a tropical storm moving through! Go figure. However, besides the weather, the condo was great! Very clean, well maintained, comfortable, updated, and had everything we needed!! A grocery store is right around the corner to stock the kitchen with food. Quick easy access right down to the beach and a great West facing view off the balcony. Absolutely zero complaints about this unit. (Great couch for napping with the patio door open during a storm!!). - The only thing I would say is that if you are a younger crowd and want to go out in the evenings each night, you might stay a tad closer to Destin. It was about a $20-$30 Uber ride back and forth to Destin Harbor each night. Besides that and the unfortunate weather, it was great!! Owner is very responsive as well.

Great vacation

Great location also great ocean view. Condo is very roomy. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 star rating for me is housekeeping needs to step up their game. Once we got into condo and took our shoes, we started unpacking for the week. When this was done the bottom of our feet were black from apparently not being mopped. I then started checking the place out seeing where everything was. When looking at the washing machine, i noticed black stuff all around the inside lip of washer. After six cleaning wipes that was white when i started and black when i finished, I had it clean and ready for when we needed to wash clothes. This was the only two things that we noticed which caused me to give it four stars. Traffic will make a preacher cuss. Overall i would stay again. The owner is very helpful and very quick to respond when you message her. Im sure she is unaware of the few cleaning issues but i will be reaching out to her and im sure she will have it corrected.

Great 4th of July Week

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was great and we were able to see so many fireworks on the 4th of July just by walking down to the beach (which is a very easy walk by the way). The kitchen is also well stocked and there is plenty of room for everyone in the den.

Great Family Vacation

Renting was easy - made 3 payments & was it was completed. I had communication with the owner randomly asking questions & getting answers. The rental was excellent, great location, clean & equipped.

Summer Vacay

Rental process and check in very organized and simple. Property as described. Clean and stocked with general amenities. Beautiful view with balcony access from master bedroom and living area. Quiet family oriented property. My only negative would be not enough parking. Several occasions we had to drive around basically waiting for someone to pull out. Would recommend to others and would rent this property again.

Family Vacation

The property was wonderful. Perfect location for a beach day and plenty of restaurants and fun within minutes. Only complaint we had was the building needed a water line repair, which caused a day without water. Made the best of the situation. Never heard from the owner about the issue. Little disappointed.
