Lovely stay near the ocean

My family of four enjoyed our six days in this pristine and beautifully decorated condo within walking distance of the beach. We all agreed -- the beds were comfy, the condo was spacious, and we appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, and board games to make our stay extra fun.

Family spring break

Beautifully decorated oversized condo that is walking distance to the beach. The owner is quick to reply whenever needed. We would definitely stay their again.

The condo exceeded expectations. VERY comfortable and beautiful. Close to the beach, a very short walk. Spacious enough for families to enjoy too! Kitchen fully equipped and updated appliances. Was a lovely stay

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. It’s not right on the beach but a very, very short walk. The host, Andrew is the best. We’ll be back!!!!

Wonderful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. It is very well kept and clean. We had everything we needed to cook there if you decide you want to. The main bedroom is very large and the bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice. I feel they could use a bit more lighting. The condo was nicely furnished and big enough for a family.It was a very short walk to the beach for us but they do have a shuttle service if you prefer to use that. Overall it was a very nice condo that we would stay in again

Anniversary Weekend

Clean, beautiful, updated, tons of towels, and master bed was so comfortable. Would definitely rent again. Only critique is that the pots and pans were very cheap so if you plan to cook big meals or nice dishes bring you own pans. All the other kitchen items were very nice and well stocked. Also the check in and out times in online booking did not match the times on the binder in the condo. Didn't effect us but may want to address that. All in all I would give 5 stars and recommend.

Miramar Beach condo

The condo was cleaned very poorly when we arrived and towels were all filthy. It was a rough start to the trip but Kim made it right. The condo building is outdated. The unit had some updates made and nicely decorated. The washing machines in the unit were very nice. The toilets, shower tubs and curtains were not so nice. No closet available in master bedroom. No screen door on balcony. Kitchen faucet sprays you in the face unless you adjust the nozzle each time. The pools and beach access were nice. There is a shuttle to the beach available. My kids really enjoyed the warm pool at The Summit. Location was nice with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.

Nice condo

This condo was pretty accurate in its description. The beach chairs and beach carts were a great bonus. There were a few details that would definitely make it a little better. The sliding glass door from the living room to the balcony could use some WD40 or be updated/replaced. It didn’t open very easily, and it did not lock. The door leading from the master suite to the balcony is locked and there is no access to it. Just a feature that we feel should be functioning. Each bathroom needs at least 2 rolls of toilet paper. We only had one roll (on the holder, no extra in cabinet) for each bathroom. A box of Kleenex in each bathroom or a box in the kitchen/living room would be nice. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are not great. They are not the most comfortable and they resemble cots as they are on a simple steel frame. The TVs would be so much better if there was one (1) remote. It was irritating having to figure out which button on which remote control did what (even though there were instructions in the living room) they still didn't work the first time and not every time. However, all in all it was a nice condo.

Great family vacation!

We had a great family vacation. Our unit was very nicely decorated and cozy. It felt like we were at our own home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great Stay!!

The condo was beautifully decorated, light and cheery and well appointed with linens, towels, soaps and kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware - we had everything we needed. The condo is an end unit and we felt very secluded in the complex which was very nice - very private feeling balcony. We used the heated pool and hot tub every day and the walk to the beautiful beach was short. The boogie boards and beach chairs were perfect! We enjoyed dinner and games at the large dining room table. And were able to watch all of the football bowl games on the large TV and comfy couch. The location of the condo made a nice home-base for exploring other areas nearby - close to Baytowne and other shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!
