From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This corner property was FABULOUS! Finding the built in standalone icemaker was a bonus for those mixed drinks LOL. Each bedroom was clean and appointed well. We couldn't locate the can opener and lickity split one was delivered right to us. Other than that the kitchen stocked items were plentiful! The bunk bed room I was in the only downside for me personally the mattress was quite firm. My friends all said the other 2 beds were super comfy. Again, those things are different for everybody, so take that for what it is worth. All in all we all agreed if we do staycations in that area we would rent that exact property again. Those beach views were GREAT!!!

Amazing Condo

We’ve been coming to the Destin area since 2009 and this was our best condo yet. The place was huge and fit our family and friends perfectly. We liked the extra touches like a separate ice maker, high-end backpack cooler for the beach, along with a Dyson vacuum to keep the sand to a minimum. Highly recommend this condo when headed to the Destin area.

Great Condo, But Remember to Bring Your Own Supplies

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The amenities were top-notch, and the views were absolutely stunning. However, one thing to note is that you’ll need to bring your own beach items like chairs and towels, as these aren’t provided. Additionally, while the condo has a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll want to bring your own seasonings and cooking basics, as they aren’t stocked. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, but just keep these few things in mind for a smoother experience!

Great Springbreak!

Ariel Dunes is a perfect location for beach and restaurant access. Weve stayed in this building in the past however this was the best condo as it was on the end and had larger balcony and more views of the beach. 3 full baths were optimal for 6 people. Very nicely furnished and accessorized.

AERIAL DUNE 10/10

From the communication prior to our visit, during, and check-out, everything was a breeze. The property is literally as pictured with a welcoming environment as soon as you enter! It’s well-equipped with everything you need in the kitchen - if you’re trying to cook and have the at-home experience. It actually felt like home! You also can’t beat the location and beach access! The on-site restaurant was great as well. 10/10, highly recommend!!!!

Inaccurate bed listing but great location

Our first impression was unfortunately a let down due to the beds being inaccurately listed. We immediately noticed upon arrival that the bedroom that is advertised as having a queen bed is actually a full size bed. There is a queen size bed, but it is the lower bunk in a different bedroom. My parents should not have had to share a bed that is the size that my children used when they were small. The location is beautiful and the beach access was convenient. The condo was *mostly* clean upon our arrival. The floor mats that were provided in the master bathroom and the hallway bathroom need to be thrown away. They may be clean, as far as having been washed, but are terribly discolored and dirty looking. The once turquoise rugs were brown in appearance and honestly, just gross. So bad so, that we chose to use actual towels on the floor instead of standing on the mats. That seemed very odd to me as the rest of the condo appeared clean and nicely appointed. We did notice as we were checking out, that my youngest son, who was sleeping on the trundle in the bunk room, was sleeping on sheets that appeared to have period blood on them that apparently weren’t washed from a previous renter. The kitchen was well appointed with what we needed for our stay. The ice maker was a great plus as well. I would recommend having a laminated sheet that has all pertinent information on it- wifi, pool/gate codes, information on how to lock the actual door, etc.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, eat, and drink. They even provide games for guests, which we enjoyed playing. My family and I had a fabulous stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

A lovely condo. The owner has done a wonderful job with furnishings, decorations and overall style. The separate ice maker was great! The bed situation in the third bedroom was exactly what we needed. Manager was very responsive when needed.

October weekend

The unit was as described. The balconies offered amazing views and were comfortable to enjoy. The property has an amazing beverage bar onsite. I do suggest if you are staying for more than a few days you will need to purchase your own dish detergent and washing detergent as they only give you a starter kit. Overall the place was very nice.

Great location and views

We loved this property and it worked perfect for our needs. Plenty of bathroom space (necessary because we were in Destin for a wedding) and great views. Only downside were the old TVs which were actually kind of comical for this beautiful condo. The master bedroom tv didn’t work. We called to report this to the management company and they really tried to troubleshoot it and were very nice and helpful. Although they put in an order for someone to stop by, no one ever did. Not a big deal because we weren’t there to watch tv, just would have been nice when trying to get to sleep. We really loved this property!!

Great condo great views

My daughters and I enjoy our stay very much. The condo was clean. Elevator stopped for about 5 minutes while we were on it. The views from the balcony are fabulous. The weather was cool and wind but we still enjoyed the view from the living room. I would definitely recommend your unit for other. We will probably stay there again
