    Our condo at Destin's Miramar Beach has 2+ bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players, free WiFi, private 2.5 acres of beach along with tennis courts, hot tub, two pools and shuffleboard.

    The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig and coffee maker. There are 2 sets of dishes, new cookware and plenty of glasses. The 6 foot table comfortably seats 6 and has extensions in case you decide to have a family feast.

    The living room boasts a comfortable sofa, loveseat, LED TV, stereo and DVD player.

    The master suite features a king size bed, dresser, LCD TV and a private bath. The guest suite has a queen size bed, dresser, LED TV and direct access to a shared bath.

    There is a bunk room with a LED TV and DVD player to keep the kids entertained.

    Finally, the 30 foot balcony has a patio set with seating for 4 that is accessible from the living room and master suite.

First family vacation with an infant

Great experience, place had everything we needed. Our daughter loved the bed, she slept just as good if not better than at home. Response time was quick, we would definitely stay here again if they will have us.

Great condo in a great area!

Enjoyed our stay here. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed and it came with two chairs and umbrella which was wonderful not having to take chairs down to the water. Had or two dogs with us and they had a blast! All the restaurants recommend by the host were great and the beach was beautiful.

Great Memories

We had a great stay at this property. It was a great location with easy access to the beach. The entire family had a great time, including my nephew on his first ever visit to the ocean! Thanks for the great family memories!!!

Family trip to the beach

Fantastic condo. Right across the street from the private beach which was a plus. The beach chairs and umbrella at the beach was a plus, and also all the beach items in the outside storage bin.

Enjoyable stay

We had an enjoyable stay. The resort is undergoing major construction but the impact for us was luckily minimal. The owner was very responsive to our questions before arrival The kitchen is very well supplied with pots, pans, etc. This was our 4th year staying in different units at Maravilla and the people there are always friendly and welcoming, especially if you're into pickleball.

Perfect location and amenities

This was the ideal place to stay. I really like that there was a hot tub and a heated pool. Just a short walk across the street to get to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds! If we come here again next year, I would definitely stay at this place again

Nice Condo on the beach

Wonderful condo close to the beach with plenty of space for our family of 5. Added bonus were the beach chairs, toys, and inflatables in the tub on the balcony. The host was responsive to our needs and communicated with us throughout our stay.

First, the owner is very responsive. Loved all the kitchen supplies and very good appliances. Decorated very nicely and beds very comfortable. Would not hesitate to book again!

Fall break

Had a great time at condo. Good distance between beach and pools on property. Would definitely stay here again in an instant. Probably be 5 stars from me if it wasn't from the thermostat and the TV remote.

Great location with beach access

Property was clean and neat. We had a short 3 minute walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella if desired! Plenty of board games and puzzles to keep you entertained off the beach. Also a very nice selection of beach toys, boogie boards and chairs to use and return! 2 pools on property to use and grills for a BBQ! Great for kids and grandparents! Highly recommended!

Beautiful "Home Like" Condo!

My husband and I stayed at Jim's condo on our annual anniversary get away to the panhandle. We have stayed in Maravilla for the past 6 years. And this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed at! We enjoyed ourselves so much and so did our two Corgis! They were so relaxed the whole trip. The condo really felt like a home rather than your typical bland condo. The decor was beautiful. Well stocked with anything and everything you could think of needing during your trip! We are excited to stay here again next year!

Clean, nice condo in a beautiful location

Very nice condo in a great location in Miramar Beach, FL. Clean and well appointed. Kitchen is showing its age but everything was functional. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Construction ongoing at the property, check with property owner for dates and how a stay might be affected. Property itself has nice pools, hot tubs, pickle ball court, barbeque grills, and the private beach (just across the street from the complex) with chairs provided is a real plus. Excellent communication from owner, Jim.
