Welcome to Gulf Winds East #4, a recently upgraded townhome located in the front row of the community—just steps from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach! This spacious retreat sleeps 8 guests comfortably with 2 queen beds, a twin-over-twin bunk, and a queen sleeper sofa. The first floor features two bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunks, perfect for families or groups. Head upstairs to the second-floor living area, where you can relax and take in stunning Gulf views from the balcony, or unwind in the open-concept space with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals after a day at the beach. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio, enjoying the water views from the living room, or watching the waves roll in from the balcony, Gulf Winds East #4 offers everything you need for a memorable beach getaway.


Gulf Winds East is a low-rise complex in the heart of Miramar Beach, featuring private (gated) beach access and gazebo for its owners and guests and a community pool. You are close enough to the Gulf to hear the waves from your balcony. These lovely townhomes are just off Scenic 98 where you can enjoy a morning walk or bike ride and near numerous beach shops, Captain Dave's restaurant, coffee shops, and a short drive in either direction to Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlets.

Area Attractions:
Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

Nearby, you can also find Whole Foods, Publix and a Winn-Dixie.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, savory seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Here you will find windsurfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more than 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
