Blue Surf 9 has an exceptional layout and is just steps to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. This gorgeous townhome has been completely remodeled with tasteful upgrades. Beach Service Included! Comfortably Sleeps 6. Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 2 Pets - 35 lbs and under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

First time in Miramar/ Destin

Overall the trip was very nice. Given it was a holiday weekend, more crowded than usual. Accommodations were nice perfect for our family and fur baby. Parking is tight but worked fine. Cleaning crew did an okay job. Floors were not very clean and based on watching them on unit next to us, they are not in there very long. We left it alot cleaner than it started. Many Outlets didnt work and there was some beep that kept going off periodically. The unit itself was nicely decorated, comfortable and close to beach. Showing some age, but overall nice for our needs. Suggestions adding an ac unit upstairs as it freezes you on the lower level to run at 72 but the upstairs is hard to cool in warm temps. Overall give it a 4 rating. I do knowit sounda harsh, just sharing observations. Loved that it was pet friendly and that was a major plus!

Annual fall trip

Very convenient to our favorite restaurant, ate there every day! Pool was great! Refrigerator upstairs did not work, only thing we found dirty were the kitchen dining floors. Enjoyed our stay! Also neighbors in 10 were very friendly and helpful!

Great beach getaway!

Beautiful, updated rental with charm and sophisticated decorative taste. Our family stayed here while celebrating Christmas with family who reside closeby. We were able to walk to their house and so many amenities are in close proximity, most importantly the beach! You can also see it from the living room and upstairs patio. Our boys loved the bunk beds! Awesome holiday experience, thank you!

Upstairs, Downstairs.

We thought that the main living area was downstairs, but it was upstairs. The TV downstairs didn't work. Going up and down the stairs for every thing from the kitchen or the downstairs was a real pain. Also the TV controls (upstairs) were difficult to navigate. Having to take our dog up and down the stairs was also a problem. Also, there was not a convenient place to walk our dog.

Extremely Happy

We've vacationed at Miramar Beach for five years. Typically, we stay in a one bedroom condo with hallway bunk beds. This year, we switched to Blue Surf 9 and we're so happy with the additional space it offered. I highly recommend for a family with children.

Wonderful Vacation!!

Location location location! This home is located conveniently to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and anything you want to do while in Destin. Would definitely stay here again. I made a goof on the checkout date, and staff was so kind and courteous to work with me, really appreciated it as I was frantically trying to pack up my family of 6. Highly recommend!

Amazing location

This was my first time booking something on VRBO. This was also our first time in Miramar Beach. I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the unit to the beach and how clean and tidy it was kept. It was very easy to get in when we arrived and the place was tastefully decorated in a beach theme throughout. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the grounds of the complex was kept clean and tidy. I will definitely return with my family and my dogs and will stay at this unit again!! Thank you for making our stay quite comfortable.

Perfect location and property! Two minute walk to the beach with beach chair and umbrella service included! Great place to stay if you are traveling with a pet. The condo was fully stocked, a perfect vacation getaway. We will be back!

Great location across the beach; can easily and quickly walk over there within a few minutes. Nice touch with the beach service as well. Lower unit flooring needs some cleaning/mopping and bathroom sink drained very slowly but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice enough

The condo was nicely decorated and had a well stocked and furnished kitchen. The kitchen is a bit small but the other spaces are roomy. The beds were comfortable and I loved that there was a washer and dryer located in the unit. The hot water heater must be the absolute best ever made as it kept up with showers from a group of 6 including 4 teenage girls all back to back. There is a large amount of pool toys, floats, sand toys, and beach chairs located in the patio closets and water heater closet which we were grateful to have and use. I don’t believe the ice maker worked in the fridge or we couldn’t figure it out as it never produced ice for us. I wasn’t a huge fan of the shower in the master bathroom. The shower head was nice and provided good flow but it is a full size stand up shower with only a small raised lip at the bottom. There is not a shower door but only a curtain. You have to be extremely careful and even if so, water still is constantly making its way out and onto the floor. Also, as a woman, I had great difficulty shaving my legs in this style of shower. Ended up having to do it upstairs in the kids bathroom which does host a tub. Also, we didn’t put a lot of thought into the fact that the master bedroom is located on the ground floor directly in front of the patio sliding door. This unit is located on the corner and there is a major walkway that takes you to the parking lot and pool that runs right in front of your patio. We were constantly dealing with people walking, talking, and dragging carts and suitcases directly in front of our sleeping and changing area. It proved to be quite an annoyance. Overall, we did enjoy our stay but will definitely reconsider staying at a location with a ground floor master

Perfect family vacation spot

Less than 5 mins to the beach! This is such a gorgeous property! We enjoyed our stay very much! The kids especially loved that they had bunk beds and a huge king bed in their room! Book this one you won’t regret it
