Pictures of property were very accurate. Short walk to the beach was a breeze. Loud music was allowed to be played late into the night, that was my only complaint. It might not have been the property's fault, it could have been the nearby condo, but it was extremely loud and hard to fall asleep on last nigh, BUT, doesn't take away from an excellent stay!

Was everything and more than we expected. Clboney is always our choice to stay in Merimar Beach. Great clean spacious condo wi th cooking utensils. Just bring your favorite spices. Easy check in process, safe area, beach was a 2 min walk across the street. We had an amazing view of the beach and gulf from the large patio deck. We will be back next year.

Excellent condo for our family! Beach access was awes. We will be returning next year!

The property was very clean and had all the amenities to make our family vacation a hit. We highly recommend staying here. Had gorgeous views and was very spacious.

Great Stay!

My family had a great stay in Audrey’s condo. The location was wonderful, the place was very clean with a pretty ocean view, and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice accommodation but construction not revealed

We enjoyed the apartment that we stayed in. It was clean, had plenty of room, and was comfortable. View was nice! We liked the location close to the beach and the private beach access, which was much less crowded then the surrounding beaches. Even though they stated we would need to replenish supplies at some point during the week, we were surprised there was not any extra trash bags (Just one), no sponge for dishes, and 1 paper towel. They did not have storage containers (except a random 1 or 2) to keep food in the fridge. The oven shorted out on Sunday (day 2) and I texted agent and no response >24 hours, so reached out again Monday. She sent a maintenance person who fixed it. But if she responded and called and let us know where the circuit breakers were located, then we could have quickly fixed and avoided having someone come out. Also, the building was under construction with loud noises starting 830am and there was debris with nails outside our door for hours without being picked up. For the price we paid, I would have expected more supplies, storage containers, a heads up about the construction, and a response <24 hours addressing the problem with our oven.

Beautiful Property

Very nice property with a view to the west of the beach. It has easy access to the beach within 5 minutes or less. The condo has a full size washer and dryer. The listing gave us the perception that the bunk bed was a full lower and twin upper. It is a twin lower and upper and very tight quarters. Everything else met our expectation except for the cleanliness of the tile floors. The tile had been swept but had not been mopped in some time as it not only would turn the bottom of my white shocks black but also our bare feet. This is unsatisfactory. We were told we had to make sure to do an initial cleaning by sweeping the floors or pay an additional cleaning fee in addition to the standard cleaning fee charged at time of rental. Because of the cleaning fee charged, mopping the floors after each guest should be standard. I could have mopped but did not come to vacation to mop. We did sweep the floor numerous times as any beach destination will bring in sand. We did not mind keeping the sand swept up. I will also add that the property was under going new ownership. I am sure the new owner will keep a better check on the cleaning agency used between renters. Overall, we will check available properties at this location for our return visits.

Ciboney 2019

Everything was very nice. Had to buy a vacuum, that was ok. There were no beach chairs or umbrellas. $80 a day was a bit steep. So we bought our own. The kitchen was great and fully stocked except for cleaning supplies which we also purchased. The view was fabulous.

dog friendly condo

I was very excited that I was able to bring my yorkie with me on vacation. This unit is on the 4th floor with a view of the ocean. The unit was dirty, but the owner was apologetic and came in and took care of issues. She was super nice! We were also able to check in early! Very nice people to work with!
