Escape to Beach Retreat Unit 305, your perfect beachside getaway. This newly renovated, luxury unit offers a breathtaking bird’s-eye view of the aqua blue Gulf and pristine white sand beach from your private balcony. The condo features two bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bath, and a second bedroom with built-in bunk beds and access to a second full bathroom. This room has a privacy curtain in the doorway. There’s also a queen sofa sleeper, and the unit is well-equipped with everything you need for a memorable getaway. Plus, your pet is welcome too!

Enjoy complimentary Beach Service which includes two chairs and an umbrella March through October. The Beach Retreat gated complex offers fantastic amenities, including a freeform lagoon-style pool with bathrooms, fitness room, and gated beach access.

Located in the heart of Miramar Beach on Scenic 98, adjacent to the 3.5 mile walking/biking path, you’ll be within walking distance of popular restaurants like Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's.

The four-story building, with just 44 units, provides a relaxing alternative to the crowded high-rise areas. You’ll find ample parking and a dedicated charcoal grill area for your convenience.

Surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, the resort-style community pool and hot tub offer a tranquil retreat, complete with bathroom facilities. The gated beach access leads to a private, deeded beach just steps away. A short walk over the dune includes a wash station and benches, leading you to the expansive, beautiful white sand beach with stunning views of the Gulf. The rental includes two beach chairs and an umbrella, with paddleboard and kayak rentals available through the beach service.

This is a pet friendly condo - Pets must be pre-approved and there is a non refundable pet fee of $150.

Master Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom and walk in shower.

Second Bedroom: Twin over twin bunks with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. This room has a privacy curtain in the doorway.
