Beach Chair Service Included from March to October! Stunning coastal elegance located on the ground floor. This pet friendly condo is in the most popular building in Maravilla. Walk right out to the beach, pool and grills with no elevators to wait for! The kitchen is brand new w/stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and pots and pans. The kitchen opens to a dining and living area, which is great for gatherings!

This condo is a beach front two bedroom, two bathroom, recently remodeled condo in Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. The resort has plenty of amenities for you to enjoy, like two community pools, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, pickle ball and more. You'll also love the location as you'll be near central Destin, FL, and nearby all the most popular area attractions, beaches, restaurants, shopping and much more! Plus, inquire about bringing your furry friends as "Wait n Sea" is pet friendly!*

When entering the condo, you'll go down the hallway into the open-concept living area. The living area features access to the beachfront, fully furnished patio, which also overlooks part of the resort pool. There's plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The updated, fully equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is stocked with new pots and pans. The dining area features seating for six with three stools at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, king bed with new mattress in February 2024, private access to the beachfront patio and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and flat-screen TV. Across from the guest bedroom, the guest bath is complete with a tiled walk-in shower.

Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

This property is pet friendly, we do require a non refundable pet fee. Pet fee is based on number of nights booked/number of animals. Please ask about the pet fee before booking this property.

***The Maravilla complex is undergoing exterior renovations through May 2025, with potential daytime noise (8a-5p). Schedules are subject to change, potentially affecting dates of daytime noise and/or patio use.

Condo was amazing! The location was close proximity to the pool and private beach, which made everything so much easier for our family of six. The pool was great. The condo itself was spotless when we arrived and we felt right at home as we walked in. It did not disappoint. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Great location

The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is excellent. Right next to pool and across from beach access. The nice part is you don’t pay for the sand chairs and umbrella. Up front location get their early though! Will be coming again!

I ended up not. Staying at this property in verbo really missed. Uh, because they never paid the property. And so I had to go through a very long 2 week cancelation process, but I wanted to go ahead and give the review since they gave me the opportunity, the property manager at this Location what's top notch

We picked this condo for the first floor, poolside location. Unfortunately the first couple of weeks, the patio was not available due to construction but….when it became available to us, it was very nice. We had some little visitors then, so that was helpful. The host was very responsive to questions and answered promptly. All in all we enjoyed our time there!

Fall Break

We have stayed at Maravilla before, but this trip wasn't as amazing. The top bunk rail was broken. We wouldn't allow our children up there for fear of them getting injured. We also had an issue with the power going out. It seemed as though the oven would trip the breaker. The first time it happened we were out of power for almost 4 hours. They expressed their apologizes for the inconvenience, but that was pretty much it. The heated pool was not working either, which was a bummer for the kids. Aside from that we had an amazing time and will be back to Miramar again, just may look for somewhere else to stay.

Love Maravilla, updated condo ground floor!

This condo was gorgeous and beautifully decorated! However, the bed in the master was like sleeping on a literal rock (this is a preference complaint, if you prefer a very firm mattress you'll love it). The master toilet needed serious repairs. Everything was rusted and so it took over an hour for it to trickle fill to flush. The kitchen had literally anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Seafood boil giant pan, Keurig, regular coffee pot, blender, crockpot. Literally everything! But there was no empty cabinet for food. Which isn't a deal breaker, but inconvenient. Otherwise, great place. Had numerous issues with neighbors tying their dog up outside and not cleaning up after themselves. If the bed has a mattress topper I would definitely stay here again though. But the bed was a deal breaker for us.

Loved the location!

The location is great. You are just steps from the pool and the crosswalk to the beach. The check in and check out was easy. All codes for gate and unit were available prior to arrival. The unit was clean. The kitchen was well stocked...great since we ate in for several meals. The beds were comfortable. The only small things to note..the sliding door in the living area is hard to open, close and lock. We just used the sliding door in the master bedroom that was much easier to use.The second bedroom is a tight fit and has a very small closet. It was ok since there was just 2 of us...we used the large closet in the master. Overall no issues...the location is great and we will definitely book this rental again when we go back to this area.

Extremely Convenient to the Beach!

Great 2-bedroom condo just steps from the beach. The condo is in an older development, but the unit has been updated for the most part and it was comfortable for our family of 4. Beautiful and quieter stretch of beach and beach service included with rental makes it a great option for families with small children who don't want to have to carry chairs and umbrellas. Tennis courts on the property were a hit with our 5 year old. Convenient to golf courses in the area and a great place for a morning walk along the boardwalk or beach. Ground floor access is great for check-in and out with all the gear we have for traveling with a baby. Due to traveling with little kids, we cooked most meals and it has a well equipped kitchen with Whole Foods and Publix about 5 minutes away. The key lock has a trick to it I had to Google when we arrived to figure out how to unlock the unit.
