Ariel Dunes is located on the east end of Destin in Miramar Beach on the Seascape Golf and Beach Resort. Enjoy stunning gulf views and amenities galore! Large Lagoon style pools at the base of each building, onsite gym in each building, onsite 18 hole golf course, onsite restaurants and easy beach access!

Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin, Miramar Beach is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach!

This phenomenal two bedroom condo offers amazing views of the gorgeous beaches of Miramar Beach. You will also have a sensational sunset view from your very own private balcony. The living area features a flat screen TV and balcony access. The attached dining area has a glass-topped table for six. The kitchen has a sleek black granite counter-top that has 3 raised chairs for additional seating. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a full en suite bathroom. This bedroom also has access to the balcony and has great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has twin beds and access to a full hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo also features an additional Bunk Room with two twin bunk beds for the kids!

Eighth Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

*Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. All reservations submitted online are a request until receiving an email confirmation from Ocean Reef Resorts. Frequent traveler to Miramar Beach. This was the best day yet.

Everything from the booking, to the check-in, the accommodations, check out… Very nice and efficient! Room was exceptionally clean nice touches with the towels and the light decor. Everything was easy!

Front guest bathroom

The first night there the toilet stopped up snd we tried to plunge it ourself and it still wouldn’t go down. We called the property manager and No one came u til then next day to fix it. That night it was used again and it began to run over and flood the bathroom. We had to physically turn the water off to the toilet ourself and use all of the towels available to dry up the bathroom floor. We called and asked for expatriates service and extra towels. They did come and fixed the toilet but didn’t bring extra towels and then someone took a shower in that bathroom and the shower would not drain. So basically the front bathroom was not able to be used during our entire stay. And it was unsanitary to even walk on the floors. Also the ice maker did not work. Other thank that it was great but we did rent it because it was 2b 2 bath and we only had use of one bathroom.

Great location and condo. The only down fall is that the pool closes super early 😒 but you can always walk to the beach. Overall it was a awesome!

Nice place

I would definitely stay here again . The location was great the condo was clean. The kitchen supplies probably need to be updated as well as the back porch furniture . It was broken and uncomfortable.

Very nice experience!!

Great location, felt very safe, friendly people. Had issues with parking pass and it was handled immediately. Freezer was leaking and ice machine didn’t work, but they brought us a bag of ice to the condo. One of the tubs was stopped up and they sent someone to handle that issue and we had no more problems. Would definite stay again!!
