This gorgeous condo is located in the heart of Miramar Beach. It has a lot to offer its beachgoing guests, including a balcony overlooking the emerald-toned gulf and access to resort amenities. With two bedrooms and spacious accommodations, the condo can host up to six beachgoers.

Vacationers will immediately fall into vacation mode upon stepping into this beachy condo. The open floorplan is sunny and bright, featuring sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony that faces the gulf. The balcony is comfortably furnished with a café table and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy beach views and a refreshing tropical drink. Inside, the living area is equally comfortable. The living room has a brown leather couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, and an accent chair. The setup is centered around a woven rug and hardwood drink table. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a glass-front credenza, great for evening entertainment after a fun-filled beach day. There is a hardwood table in the adjacent dining area with seating for four. White, saddle-topped stools offer additional seating for four at the nearby kitchen bar. The modern kitchen includes white cabinetry, sleek granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

One of the condo’s two bedrooms is a large master suite with a king-size bed, beach-washed furnishings, a dedicated workspace and desk, wall-mounted TV, and balcony access. It also includes a private, luxury bath with dual vanities, a glass-walled shower, and a separate tub. The other bedroom is a guest suite with a queen-size bed, cushioned headboard, black furnishings, a modern rug, and TV.

As a guest at Ariel Dunes, you will not only enjoy the condo’s comfortable living and sleeping accommodations but incredible vacation amenities as well. The complex boasts two sparkling swimming pools, one of which is great for the kiddos as it has a zero-entry shallow end and a fun, mushroom-shaped waterfall feature. The surrounding patio is furnished with lounge chairs and great for soaking up the Florida sun. An on-site fitness center with free weights, cardio equipment, and weight machines overlook the pool. Other amenities include tennis courts, BBQ grills, a poolside Cabana Café, and convenient beach access. And don’t forget, as an Ocean Reef Resorts guest, you get discounted rates on golf, recreation rentals, and other coastal experiences at Seascape Resort.

When you’re ready to venture outside of the resort boundaries, you will find that there is plenty to do in the nearby area. Check out local- and vacationer-favorite restaurants like the Whale’s Tail Beach Bar and Grill, Beach Bar at Royal Palm Grille, and Surf Hut. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the nation’s largest discount designer outlet malls, is less than a mile away. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
