  • This studio Condominium sleeps four comfortably. The room has a two queen size beds and full bath with combined shower and tub. Also, provided for your convenience, are a mini-fridge, microwave, and drip coffee maker.

    While this property does not have a balcony, the windows overlook The Village of Baytowne Wharf with vistas stretching to the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Baytowne Marina. The windows also provide excellent viewing of the seasonal fireworks and drone shows! For your safety, the windows are fixed in the closed position.

    The property can be converted into a 3BR/3BA by securing Observation Point South 376, the adjoining 2BR/2BA condominium, for the same dates, if available. Contact us for details or assistance.

    While staying with us, spend some time enjoying the beautiful tropical pool, the relaxing hot & cool tubs, and the fitness center. Grill up some steaks on the provided outdoor gas grills.
