This beautiful top floor, 4th story, condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bath perfect Destin vacation rental with spacious accommodations for 8! It features 10 ft ceilings and open living floor plan with plenty of space to entertain.

You can enjoy a short, lovely walk to the beach, or open your windows and smell the fresh ocean air. This condo is located on the top floor and faces the beach.

It offers 3 oversized bedrooms and two full bathrooms which can easily accommodate a smaller group, or it will sleep up to 8 people comfortably. This condo really is the perfect getaway for both a quick or longer vacation to the Sunshine State!

Everything within this space is updated with a modern feel including brand new living room furniture, USB lamps throughout, hardwood flooring, granite countertops and a large balcony that faces Scenic Drive.


BEDROOM & BATH

The first two bedrooms are the guest bedrooms that have comfortable, queen sized beds which can sleep two each very comfortably! There are 55’’ flat screen smart tvs mounted in each bedroom and plenty of dresser and closet space in each to unpack your suitcases. The guest full bathroom has a large shower/tub combination and good countertop space next to the sink for all of your toiletries.

In the master bedroom you will find a comfortable, king size bed situated next to a bright window that faces towards the beach! This space is bright, open, and most importantly, very welcoming!

There is plenty of dresser space for you to unpack your clothes and get comfortable. The bedroom also boasts an impressive 65’’ smart tv! The bathroom is even more exciting as it offers a large double sink vanity, large stand alone shower and an oversized soaking tub.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The open concept kitchen is fully set with stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinets and plenty of counter space for hosting. The cabinets can hold all of your favorite snacks for the beach or for a movie night on the couch! All dishes, utensils and cookware are provided. Traditional coffee maker and a Keurig are provided! Bring your favorite ground coffee or K-Cups.

The bartop has two stools and a bench that can accommodate up to four guests and the kitchen table will hold another six!

The living room is a bright, open space that is perfect for hosting- especially with the beautiful new furniture recently added. The living area also has a 65’’ smart TV mounted on the wall. All you need are the logins for your favorite streaming services!

Right off the living room is a large balcony that faces Scenic Gulf Drive and beyond to the ocean. Enjoy your coffee on the patio furniture in the morning, or your favorite cocktail in the evening.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Alerio is a newly constructed condominium complex in Destin, Florida. The resort itself offers countless amenities for the whole family.

This condo is located right off of Scenic Drive and a short walk away from the beautiful, white sands of Florida. Alerio also offers a community pool and hot tub for you to enjoy. If you would like to grill, there is an outdoor grilling area available for you to use.

The complex also offers a splash pad for kids. This location is close to 5 star restaurants, shopping and many other activities. The possibilities here are endless!

Guests will have their own unique access code valid only during their stay.
On-site parking available for just one car with additional parking available just down the street at the RV park for $30/day ($25/day cash)
-1 car rule is only enforced from March 1 - November 1st.
