The emerald waters in the Gulf of Mexico provides a tranquil background from the balcony of all units at Majestic Sun. You are just steps away from the beach, heated pools with waterfalls, hot tubs, golf, gym, and even a store onsite that carries all of your beach necessities. Seasonal water sports are offered, as well as bike rentals, and even three onsite restaurants so you never have to leave the property. Acme Oyster House is located on Seascape property. Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, and Melting Pot are all a short walk away and the outlet malls are just down the street.

This 2BR/2B upgraded unit has new furniture and was recently painted. It is located on the 9th floor in building A and has sweeping views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished property with a kitchen that is equipped for all your dining needs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa. Situated on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset from the balcony off 9th floor.

PARKING PASS UPDATE-1 PASS IS INCLUDED IN STAY. EACH ADDITIONAL PASS IS $15.

SAVE THE $40 A DAY FOR BEACH SERVICE AND USE THE CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, AND GOODIES THAT ARE ON THE BALCONY FOR YOUR USE.

Overall inside of condo was beautiful. Was well decorated. Was disappointed with cleaning crew. Was not very clean. Also my husband has copd and the walk to the beach was hard on him. There was no direct access to beach. You had to walk around to the pool area and go through the indoor pool and across the street to the beach. No short cuts. Not handicap accessible. We had to leave a day early because he got sick. Otherwise the view and beach was beautiful

The location was excellent and communication was great. There were only a few things others may want to know. Drip coffee pot, so be sure to bring your own grounds. There is a sleeper sofa but we couldn’t find linens for it so be sure to bring your own or communicate with the owner if you need it.

We had the best stay. So close to literally EVERYTHING. Melinda, also allowed a later check out as we had issues with our flights and ended up taking a later flight. We really appreciated that as we have a 10 month old baby. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Overall our stay was good. We loved the view of the ocean and having the laundry in our room was great. The property was a bit outdated and cleanliness could improve. It wasnt stocked as well as other places that we have stayed. No garbage bags and simple things like cooking spray/pizza pan. 2 light bulbs burnt out in kitchen and batteries missing in the remote. A couple of live bugs in the cupboard. For the price we paid i guess i expected better.

Perfect stay as always! This condo is a very convenient distance to anything you want to do! A couple nights we walked to go eat dinner and get ice cream. The weather and water were perfect! We love this place and can’t wait till next time
