The Majestic Sun is one of Destin's premier condominium resorts! This beautifully decorated upscale unit includes one of the most spectacular unobstructed views in Destin overlooking 2000 feet of sugar white sand beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf! Start your day watching dolphin’s play in the Gulf and end your day viewing incredible sunsets from your balcony as lights twinkle along the coastline from Miramar Beach to Okaloosa Island! This appealing one bedroom two bath unit is located on the eighth floor and has all the comforts of home. The Living room has plush furnishings as well as TV/DVD combo. The fabulously renovated kitchen features stainless appliances and is fully equipped. There is a great bunk area with twin beds for the children. All linens and towels are provided as well as a washer and dryer. Come experience all that Majestic Sun has to offer. You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

When we first got there, our code wouldn’t work so we had to call and get a new code. Then the water heater wouldn’t work. Maintenance had to come up and took over 30 minutes to try to get it to work. We found food wrappers, and a pill on the floor and in the cabinet. The screen door was completely busted out. All of the pictures online are not what the condo was. We called property manager. They didn’t seem to want to help instead. They gave us a 95 refund and wouldn’t do anything more. We will for sure be making sure the public is aware of this unit and property manager.

This is our 2nd year to stay at the same place in the same room and it was great. Our only complaint is that we had a few loud neighbors that kept us awake at night.

Issues

Upon arrival the dishwasher did not work and had a bad moldy smell along with through the condo. The sink had standing water in right side due to being stopped up and garbage disposal didn’t work. Coffee maker was dirty. The next day the sink fell in. It was later that day when it was fixed. Dishwasher still wasn’t fixed we had to hand wash all dishes. Door to balcony wouldn’t lock.

We were there only three nights and the first two nights the smoke alarms kept waking us up after midnight and we couldn't turn them off. They were high up on the ceiling. We complained that night and they said they'd fix it next morning but second night same thing. 2:30 am they blare again waking us all up ruining our third day there as we were all without sleep. I called Vacasa probably a dozen times and they all said the batteries were changed in the alarms so they wouldn't beep anymore but that wasn't true because they were hardwired into the wall. No batteries.

Ocean front, super clean, great location

Last minute weekend trip with my friends for the music festival and this place was perfect. Clean, comfy, amazing ocean view from the lanai. Open, airy space with lots of room. Two requests, I arrived late at night and didn't have time to stop anywhere. Would love some coffee supplies to brew. Also a couple of beach towels would be great. Looking at this place again for next years moon crush music fest!

Much needed vacation, condo did not disappoint.

Beautiful view from the balcony! Condo was clean and provided a great deal of what we needed. I would suggest adding beach chairs and umbrella, but I would book this condo again without. Loved the ease of receiving a code to enter instead of formal check in. I will say, we had no idea where we were supposed to park. We ended up figuring it out. Overall, great find and we had an amazing time.

Easy! Shouldn’t have to pay such high cleaning g fees if the place wasn’t clean that well! Needs deep cleaned! Mirrors in the living room were gross, mold in the shower in the main bathroom, dust on the fan, sink in other bathroom needs Drano and shower curtain needs replaced. View is awesome!

This condo is awsome!!!!!

This place is awesome. It has everything you need to make a great vacation. My wife and I loved it! The view from the balcony is awesome Couldn't ask for any better. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in a stay on the beach. The staff can't be beat everyone was as nice as could be. We will look to VRBO for all of our future vacations.

Good Stay

Good stay. The only issue is that the bed’s headboard was very lose and if you moved at all it made a lot of noise. My husband roles over several times during the night and it continually woke me up hitting the wall. Everything else was really nice.

Great but the only thing was every night the water or something would make this loud noise about two or three times in the middle of the night waking everyone up. Other then that it's a great place to stay with great views and lots to do close by.

Traveled from Oklahoma, first time to visit Florida. Had a wonderful stay. Room was easy to access. Trash Chute located in a great spot. Ease of Access to outside and parking. View was FANTASTIC. Condo was well equipped with towels and linens, extra pillows, iron and ironing board. Unit was very clean. I would recommended this unit to anyone. Traveled with two adults, infant and five year old. Plenty of room to relax and stretch out. The only two things that could have been useful that was not available was a broom to sweep sand vs. vacuuming and two chairs and umbrella.

great location and view!

Lots of great things about this little condo. View being number one! Great to sit outside on deck and people watch. Because this condo jets out a little it is actually like being in a corner unit as far as views go. Loved that! Even though 1 bdrm, plenty of room for 6 people to sleep and eat. Downsides: condo was not very clean when we arrived but I called management and they were extremely apologetic and will be crediting us half of the cleaning deposit. Also offered to come up while we were out to clean unit. I believe this was probably not the usual there since the unit was in good shape otherwise. It seemed like part of the cleaning job was done and maybe they forgot to come back to finish. Be aware that the complex sets out 2 chairs and umbrella sets the ENTIRE width of the beach in front of the complex and they are for rent. This means that if you don't budget to rent these or there are no more available you are unfortunately forced to set up on beach behind people who do rent these. There are no breaks in the umbrella set ups to walk through to get to water so you are at the mercy of the folks who get the set ups. They squeeze as many in there as they can and it is kinda lame for the folks who can't get an umbrella set up.
