This home features an amazing community pool within walking distance and enjoy access to the HEATED Phil Hummel Aquatic Center Pool off Baypine Dr. Guests will enjoy the use of a 6 & 4 seat golf cart, making it easy to explore all that Sandestin has to offer—from the beach to the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

The home's open-concept living space invites relaxation and connection, with a large sectional sofa, smart TV, and coastal-inspired decor. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Dine together at the spacious table or grab a casual bite at the breakfast bar. Step outside to the private screened-in patio, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor.

Each of the four bedrooms at "Baytowne Boardwalk 2" includes a private en-suite bathroom, offering every guest both comfort and privacy. The first-floor king suite is ideal for those who prefer main-level accommodations. Its spa-style bathroom features a curbless walk-in shower with both handheld and stationary showerheads, plus four body massage jets. A dual-sink vanity, dedicated makeup vanity, and separate water closet provide plenty of space and convenience. Upstairs, the second king suite includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and its own balcony overlooking the scenic Baytowne Golf Course. Down the hall, the queen suite offers another private bath, while the bunk room suite—furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds—comfortably sleeps up to four guests and features its own en-suite bathroom as well. Sandestin Beach Access Update – Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort's beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Sandestin Resort is an amazing vacation spot! Its family friendly atmosphere will keep you coming back for years. Baytowne Wharf is a beautiful pedestrian outdoor plaza with retail stores and restaurants overlooking the bay. For child friendly fun visit the Baytowne BlastArcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. If they still haven't had enough fun, the Tower Climb and Eurobungy are attractions sure to thrill them. Smaller children will be delighted to explore the Baytowne Adventure Landing Playground. Relax while the kids play on this imaginative nautical themed playground with slides and towers galore. This is a large enclosed fenced area, where kids can climb, swing, run and play to their hearts content.
