Welcome to WINNSwept Shores, formally Emerald Serenity! Located in a small, newer development of nine homes known as the Treasure Sands, the doors of this enchanting 5 bedroom, 4 bath home are now opened to you, welcoming couples and families alike with ultimate hospitality.

The open and spacious layout of the main floor encompasses the sophisticated and professionally decorated living room along with the luxurious, top-grade dine-in kitchen, room for 12 people! The natural coastal-inspired beach interior decor scheme enhances the easy flow of the house with soothing neutral creams, splashes of earthy browns, sea-themed accents, dark hardwood floors and crisp white crown moulding.

The living room offers ample seating and is awash in a bounty of natural sunlight via the many featured windows. The living room also has a gaming console where families can try their luck and compete for glory. The game console has hundreds of games to choose from. The kitchen presents a unified space with immaculate white cabinets, granite counters, and premium stainless steel appliances that offer every convenience and is fully stocked for cooking. The dining table includes seating for twelve and shows off a striking series of luxury drop pendant lights that set the mood for a relaxed evening.

Proceed to the third floor master suite where a bed dressed in luxurious linens becomes the perfect place to rest your head and claim a refreshed night's sleep. The many accents and furniture pieces cohesively mimic the soothing vibes of the beach located only a short walk from the house. A full ensuite bath offers privacy and pampers with large walk-in shower, separate soaker tub, and His & Her sinks. A large master walk-in closet accommodates all wardrobe choices.

Every bedroom is designed to evoke a calming, endless-summer aesthetic that pampers as should any proper oasis of rest and relaxation. The home's first floor bathroom leads directly to your own private in-ground pool and features shared bedrooms. Of these bedrooms is a king room as well as a retreat for young and old alike that features double twin bunk beds in a cool nautical theme. All adult rooms are furnished with KING beds for plenty of room and a night full of rest.

The furnished patio is fully enclosed with a tall privacy fence and includes a gas grill that offers up the perfect opportunity to grill some fan favorites for unforgettable alfresco meals. WINNSwept Shores is approximately 1 block North of the beach, with a mere 7 minute walk around the block to the beach access. For the easiest beach access, a golf cart is included with the house to get back and forth.

The beachfront restaurant & bar, Pompano Joes, is also within close walking distance. Catch live music, breathtaking sunsets or play a rousing game of beach volleyball. If an evening in catches your fancy, seven of the Smart TVs are set up with complimentary Netflix and Hulu Live TV. There's even a smart tv outdoors for you to enjoy while soaking in the pool. Beach house for large family!

The house had everything we needed for a group of 12. The only issues we had was an alarm going off every 5 mins and the finding the house. Bedding was hotel grade and bathrooms were amazing! Pool was small but was perfect for the kids
