Beautiful condo.

I’ve stayed at Maravilla before and we really enjoyed the property. This condo was very nicely decorated. Nice touches like throw blankets, beach towels, and air freshener. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay!

This place is perfectly set at the beach. 5 minute walk to the beach, daily beach service and many restaurants within walking distance. Beverly was great to work with and checked in during the week to make sure everything was good. Many amenities in this condo!

Perfect Condo!

We loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was perfect for my husband and me to spend our 4 weeks in Destin. We had everything we needed and it truly was a “home away from home”! Communication with Beverly, who manages the property, was seamless. We hope to return!

Beautiful Condo Across from Beach !

Loved everything about our 2 week stay here! Very clean, nicely decorated and great amenities. Especially liked having washer and dryer in the unit. Also just a few minutes walk across road to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were provided and set up every day. Had a fantastic time at 4208 and will definitely return!

Wonderful week!

This is the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, along with being beautifully decorated. This property had everything we needed, I have never stayed at a property that was so well appointed from the kitchen utensils to the linens, there were many unexpected, but appreciated touches that were so thoughtful. Beverly, who manages the property, was extremely professional and kind and it was a pleasure to deal with her. We will absolutely be back!

Awesome Anniversary Trip

Can’t say enough good stuff about this property. Condo was in excellent condition. Location was great just a few steps from the beach. Property grounds were well kept and felt safe while there. Wonderful as usual

We have been so blessed to have visited Maravilla the past 3 years, though this was our first time in 4208. Everything inside was exactly as expected. Beverly was great to work with as we arrived and left. Facilities were beautiful, just as we left them last year. It’s a great family environment on the beach, and the staff there were helpful as well. We are looking forward to next year!!

Girls Trip

The condo is beautiful and the complex is nice. Management of the complex changed construction plans and moved up maintenance to tile removal on sidewalks to the week we were there. Quite a nuisance, however, Beverly was quite enjoyable. We survived a tropical storm while there.
