Great Location--3rd floor in the Lasata Condo Building, next the Grand Sandestin and the Conference Center, and steps from THE VILLAGE OF BAYTOWNE WHARF which is the heart of beautiful Sandestin.

To comply with the Florida Covid-19 regulations all bedspreads have been removed from the condo. Bedspreads have been replaced with solid white/ivory bedding that is professionally laundered after each guest's departure.

There is a king bed in bedroom, 2 twin beds in den, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Sliding pocket doors to the den area provide added privacy.

THERE ARE TWO FULL BATHS AS WELL.

Wifi is provided and it is FREE!

The condo's pool area is located next to the Grand Lawn and is just steps away from the condo. Soak up the rays in one of the two lovely pools or relax in the two hot tubs. The main pool has been designed as zero entry--walk in-- which is ideal for small children.

THE VILLAGE OF BAYTOWNE WHARF (referred to as THE VILLAGE) is considered by many the heart & soul of Sandestin, and it is right outside your door!

This is the premiere pedestrian community on the Emerald Coast to shop, dine & play by day or night.

Stroll through the Village of Baytowne where you will discover many one of a kind restaurants, bars, nightclubs & specialty boutiques. Choice of restaurants range from casual to fine dining so there is something for every palate. A variety of entertainment and activities for all ages can be found year round in the village. Sing along at Rum Runners dueling piano bar, dance the night away or just relax on the pier while listening to a live band.

Perfect Family Home Base Near Baytowne Wharf and Topsail Park!

Our family of five stayed here very comfortably and used this convenient location as our home base while exploring Miramar Beach. The property is spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully organized; I especially appreciated the laminated instructions for the appliances, which made everything easy to use. The location is excellent, with quick access to Baytowne Wharf and the pool just steps away.The property manager’s communication was outstanding from booking through checkout, making the whole experience seamless. While you’re here, make time to visit nearby Topsail Hill Preserve State Park; it’s a fantastic spot for families with great amenities and a tram that takes you straight to the beach.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Condo

This property was beautiful, and the underground parking was a bonus!!! Short drives to stores, and beach! Baytowne Wharf was really nice, especially the sunsets on the pier!!!!

Amazing Gem in Sandestin!

We are so impressed with the cleanliness, maintenance, and management of this condo! Diane was incredibly responsive and very kind and helpful. The location is perfect and the condo is very well stocked. And the beds are super comfortable! Thank you, Diane, for helping our family have a wonderful vacation!

Great stay

My family and I stayed in this condo during the ECBC fishing tournament. It is a great location and walking distance to both the marina and all of the fun activities at Sandestin Wharf. The condo was very spacious and clean. There were not any extra blankets or linens if you do need to utilize the pull out couch during your stay but it had everything else we needed! We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

The description and photos provided on the listing were exactly what you experience. The location is close to walk to restaurants and shops. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were nice to have available to use.

My note to our wonderful owner sums up my review: We had the absolute BEST time at your condo! It was obviously a last minute trip and I didn’t know the area at all, and I can’t believe we lucked out with such a wonderful condo in such a perfect spot. I was traveling with my 3 kids and couldn’t have felt safer and they absolutely loved all that the wharf area had to offer!! The drive to the ocean was so easy, with excellent parking and wonderful beaches. We made so many incredible memories and I’m so thankful. Thank you for offering a beautiful, clean and comfy spot for families to have wonderful adventures together.

Our stay in SanDestin was near perfection! The condo was absolutely perfect- we had everything we needed, it was clean, updated, just perfect. Condos location was ideal. It was close to the fitness room, the pool and 2 hot tubs and the Village of Baytowne Wharf was steps away. We spent most of our evenings in the village enjoying all of the shops and restaurants. Miramar Beach was stunning and a quick shuttle ride away. The shuttle pick up location is close so that was great. It was spring break while we were visiting so places were busy. But even with all the people the beauty of the beach was evident. We only had one question while we were at the property and Diane answered quickly. She made sure everything was perfect before we got there and is full of ideas and tips of the area! We loved our vacation in SanDestin and can’t wait to go back!

Lovely Stay

My family and I had a great stay. The unit is just as advertised and the Sandestin property is lovely, conveniently located and very family friendly. Diane is very responsive and accommodating. Getting to the beach was very easy, it was a very short drive and parking by The Beach House was never an issue. The boulevard and the plaza provided good entertainment for kids and adults alike. We only ate out once but there is a good selection of restaurants to choose from. Recommendations: parking sometimes turned difficult in the Lasata area of the parking deck, especially if arriving later in the night (9-10pm). We were told there are two other sections that we could use, if needed (forgot which ones). Arrive to the beach early (as in 8am) if going during peak season (we went in July) and with children. We arrived at about 9:30am the first day and all of the good spots for seats and umbrellas were already taken. We got lucky to find one. Overall, a very good experience and will highly recommend this property

Lasata vacation

Nice safe area, kids loved the pool, nice walking distance to the village and fun things to do. Clean place to stay. King size bed was slightly uncomfortable but overall enjoyed everything!

Great stay, perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The host is extremely responsive and friendly and check in instructions are very detailed and good. The property is as-pictured and overall in good condition. The dishwasher is a little finicky and probably is at the end of its lifespan, but it did work and everything seemed to be well taken care of. I had a concern about some ants and the owner was responsive. I don’t think insects are completely avoidable in Florida , but that was really our only complaint. We loved the easy pool access and closeness to the shops and fun. We did not use the property beach as we were meeting family at other beaches during our stay. The location was convenient to many places in Destin. We loved having the study with additional sleeping space because it really allowed us to maximize our budget during our short stay. The unit was very quiet and seemed solidly built. We didn’t hear noise through the walls or in the hall. The tvs are very old and have cable. We did wish we had a tv we could cast to. It was really nice to have the garage and we always could get a space, even during the busier weekend. We would stay again!

Amazing stay!

We cannot give enough positive feedback regarding our stay in Lasata in Sandestin! The resort was amazing and had something to offer for us and our children (ages 1-12.) The condo was extremely clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Most importantly, Diane was the best host! She provided our family with so much information and advice to ensure our vacation was memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
