GORGEOUS PROPERTY FOR RENT! PREVIOUSLY A PRIVATE RESIDENCE! SIMPLY PERFECTION! DON'T MISS OUT ON THE CHANCE TO VACATION IN COMPLETE LUXURY AND COMFORT!
This two-story Mediterranean style home has been a private home and just recently became a rental. It is in immaculate condition. Located on a double lot that offers an unbeatable layout with a guest house, large pool and spacious cabana found just two blocks from the beach. The sprawling backyard retreat offers a Tuscan patio kitchen, covered alfresco dining and a large outdoor living space with a fireplace and flat screen TV. Accented with stately exposed-beams and made for entertaining, this extension of the home is perfect for hosting large family gatherings and offers a great place to enjoy the next big game poolside. Soaring 10-foot ceilings greet you as you enter the professionally decorated open concept great room with tile flooring and plantation shutters throughout.
The coveted first floor master suite offers a tile shower and direct access to the pool deck. Four spacious bedrooms are located on the second level of the home all en-suite rooms; one with a private balcony overlooking the pool deck. POOL RULES
1. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
2. Children are allowed to swim or play in the pool only when adults are present. Please
maintain constant supervision over children.
3. No pets in the pool.
4. Walk slowly in the pool area. No diving, roughhousing, dunking, pushing, or wrestling.
5. Keep the area clear of clutter, debris and toys. Toys can often attract young children to
the pool.
6. No swimming in rainy weather or in thunderstorms.
7. No eating, drinking or chewing gum while in the pool. Always swim sober.
8. No glass near the pool/water area.
9. Keep gates to the pool area closed and locked at all times.
10.Shower before entering the pool.

Great Stay

Property was clean and stocked with things you need I gave a four star because quite of few clean had stains and holes in them and beds had a sinkhole in the middle of at least 3 of the bedrooms so beds were not very comfortable but my overall stay was great owner communication was great and pleasant I would recommend the property but I also recommend new mattress and towels other than that great property.

Well stocked house-and great location. Some small issues like dirty comforter in one of the rooms, makeup stained towels. Had a lot of rain and had to keep cleaning the pool-someone should have come and had some backup plumbing issues-not the owners fault, but the plumbers threw nasty towels on the floor and left so we had to rearrange some rooms

Amazing vacation for the ENTIRE Family!

The property exceeded our expectations! Very clean and tastefully decorated. The house and guest house smelled clean and were spotless. Everything functioned as it should. Well stocked kitchen for a very large family of 19.We were so thankful for the extra refrigerator in the guest house garage! The pool was amazing. We chose to have it heated for the week which turned out to be an awesome decision. The grandkids spent HOURS in the pool. Plenty of pool floats and toys to keep them busy! Plenty of towels/linens. The property had plenty of extra of beach chairs/wagons. The outdoor kitchen/grill was a perfect meeting place to cook and just hang out! Short walk to the beach, stores and souvenir shops! Minutes from Win Dixie grocery store. We even tried Skippers seafood boil which didn't disappoint! Julie was an awesome host. Available for quick responses to a couple of questions!We are already planning another trip for next year!

Perfection!

We had a large group of all ages and everyone had everything they needed for the perfect vacation. The house is large with lots of room for everyone to spread out. Very close to the beach and quiet enough to relax. I have no complaints 10/10

Stay here!

We had never been to this area before, but after reading the reviews on this house we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! Beautiful, clean home with an amazing pool & outdoor entertainment area. If it weren't for the beautiful beaches within walking distance, I don't think we would've ever left the house! The houses are close together in this neighborhood, but the backyard felt very private. It was also very quiet in the house, especially considering that it was a very busy spring break week. More than enough beach chairs, towels, coolers, & wagons for use at the beach. Just a few things I personally like to know when renting a VRBO...the kitchen had all the appliances you could need, an entire bar cart, & had a couple of spices & some pepper. Only one roll of paper towels provided. Bathrooms had only one extra roll of toilet paper. There are 2 sets of washers & dryers which was great & they did have a couple pods available. These are not complaints at all, especially since there is a grocery store right down the street, just helps me to know these things when planning! We had one issue during our stay & Julie was easy to get ahold of & took care of it immediately! We would absolutely go back to this area & this house & would highly recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful Property with Amazing Pool

This was the perfect property for our family. My wife and I are in our 70's and retired. We stayed in the guest house, while our adult married children had their own rooms in the main house and the grandchildren all slept in the bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We made daily use of the covered outdoor patio and kitchen area. The pool was FABULOUS!!! We opted to have it heated and was the perfect temperature for our stay during Christmas week. Everyone spent a lot of time in the pool. We only needed to contact the property manager once with an issue with a bedroom window. Jule responded immediately. Kyle arrived within an hour and took care of the problem. Overall we are extremely satisfied. Everyone totally enjoyed our vacation and would definitely rent this property again.

FABULOUS STAY!

BOOK IT!

The accommodations were clean, roomy, convenient. The separate pool house was perfect for our friends with small children. All the beach tools you'll need even 2 WAGONS! Very short walk to the beach. A plus with two beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels. I can go on and on. No complaints. Just BOOK IT!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Great Stay

The best accommodations-so much room and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Makeup mirrors in every bathroom a big plus. The pool area is the best and everything needed for the beach- they know what you need for your stay and make it easy. Julie and Kyle were the best property managers!!! Replaced an outside TV that stopped working the same day we called them, above and beyond to make our stay the best! I would highly recommend. This property has it all and more!

Spring Break with Friends

This rental was all we could ask for. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival, and everything in the house was of high quality and in great shape. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for a rental. We had everything we needed to cook and especially enjoyed the outside grilling area. The beach was only a short walk away, and the beach supplies included in the garage were super helpful. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. We had 4 families with children that spent most of our time outside by the pool. This rental exceeded our expectations. The host was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the amenities were top notch. We would highly recommend this place!

Better than advertised

Despite sky-high expectations, Emerald Oasis exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, extraordinarily well-appointed, very well maintained, abundant flatware and dishware, splendid pool, superb outdoor kitchen, expansive outdoor living space, 4 (!) refrigerators, 2 ice makers, 8 flat screen TVs, central sound system. Each of the 5 master en-suites is luxurious. Great location, and the beach set-ups are very convenient, The best compliment I can offer is that it was as if the owners left it exactly as it is when they stay there.

Stop right there and just book this place

If you’re reading this and this place is still available: book it. This is easily one of the greatest vacation rentals I’ve ever been in. From the close proximity to the private beach (with private beach chairs/umbrellas set up every day), to the heated pool, to the outdoor living space, to (wait for it…) every bedroom having its own bathroom, this place truly has it all. The house is completely stocked with everything you and the kids will need for the beach. I can’t recommend this place enough!

GORGEOUS!

My husband I travel with the same group every year and stay in the same neighborhood! We booked this last year during our trip when we walked by it, we have been so excited to stay and it lived up to all of our expectations! Communication with property manager was phenomenal! This house has EVERYRHING you would ever think you needed!! Kitchen was stocked beyond any rental we have ever stayed in. My only suggestion was to have a door with keyless entry where the patio sliding door was for the couple staying in the guest house. We didn't want to leave the sliding door unlocked at night. In the morning we had to wait till someone woke up or we had to walk around the block to the front door. We were so sad to see it already booked for our week next year but we will return for sure! Hoping all future guests take good care of it she is a beauty! Thank you again!
