Private lakeside living awaits you and your favorite people at A Reel Good Time! This Lake Anna home is nestled on a private cove, walking distance from the community's pavilion and boat ramp. If you don't have your own boat to bring along, the local marina is a quick drive away. When you aren't gliding across the gleaming waterway - swim, sunbathe, or fish from the private beach. Five kayaks, inner tubes, life jackets, and beach towels make your time on the water even better!

With your comfort in mind, the interior of A Reel Good Time boasts brand-new furnishings and modern amenities. The open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen blend together in perfect unison. Prepare home-cooked meals with the gourmet kitchen's stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops, or settle down in front of the living room's Smart TV. If you aren't interested in streaming your favorite show, engage in some playful competition over the air hockey table, foosball, or indoor basketball game.

A true haven of peace, the primary en suite bedroom has an expansive vanity and walk-in shower. With six bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended as each is lined with soft linens, bohemian decorations, and central air. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, a board game collection, and YouTube TV with over 100 channels.

As the sun begins to set over the water, gather on the patio and host a cookout before relishing s'mores around the firepit.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Access to the community area is not granted for guests. Access is granted to the community boat ramp area. Please contact the Lake Anna Vacasa front desk to schedule a time to be let inside the gate for the boat ramp area during normal business hours.
The kayaks do have weight restrictions: 2 kayaks accommodate up to 130 lbs (yellow), 2 kayaks accommodate up to 150 lbs (blue), and 1 kayak accommodates up to 225 lbs (green).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
