Bloom Hotel
"1st, the Name changed to "Bloom" 2 months ago (according to the Front Desk). So we waited for over an hour for the "La Quinta Airport Shuttle". We called multiple times, and nobody answered. After the 4th attempt, someone answered, didn't say anything, and put the phone on the desk. (I could hear ..."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
"We forgot to call ahead to see if hot tub would be functioning… was kind of looking forward to a soak after a stressful event, but was shut down the morning we could get to it. Everything else was great, nice, clean rooms, good breakfast, even a late check-in with friendly service."

"Place in halls and lobby extremely hot. Restaurant in place are very high priced. And could use. More seating in the arcade. Area. And better air movement. In the pool. Way too hot in the pool area also. Shouldn’t charge for parking. Pay enough for room and extra"
