Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
"Booked a suite, got a regular room instead at checkin. Sheets on one of the beds had pills and not smooth, requested new sheets and they never came. Hotel was over crowded and pool area had empty beer cans on tables in the morning. Shower was caked with mold and mildew. Floor of room so dirty it ..."

"This hotel really surprised me, the staff was nice, the lobby was very clean and had space for everyone to sit and relax for a bit ......This will be my NEW hotel to stay at whenever I visit the area......"
