"Really good people and good hotel!"

"Stayed for one week to relax and enjoy the ocean waves and breeze. It was a great break from the city noise and busy lifestyle. I stayed in a small room which is enough for two people because it contains a queen size bed and bathroom. If you require to do some work on your laptop then there are tables, benches, and chairs in the lobby while looking at beach. Wifi is available both in the room and the lobby. Transportation and activities can be booked at the lobby but you may head to White Beach...

"Overall it was a good experience. Excellent customer service. My only concern is the road going inside. For guests that has a car, it’s workable. With backpackers, you have to have a contact of someone to pick you up specially during rainy days. We had a friend that has a tricycle that can pick us up. "

"Don't stay in downtown at Pt Princesa, STAY HERE!! Quiet, homemade bread and yogurt, huge breakfast. Extremely knowledgeable host who got me on a tour with 10 minutes prior notice! She knows all the best restaurants and services ( like massage) in town. Goes above above and beyond to be of good service. TY Delfine!"

"The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! "

"The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! Overall, I would highly recommend this to my friends and family 10/10! "

"El hotel está a una hora del Nido. El transfer se puede sacar por unos 100php pero siempre intentaán cobrarte 200-250. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y con vistas increíbles. No dan jabón, la ducha saca muy poca agua y la electricidad sólo funciona 2h por la mañana y 2h por la tarde. El wifi rara vez funciona y solo en la recepción-restaurante. El desayuno solo incluye el café o té, la comida la cobran a parte (60php). Cerca está el pueblo y la playa de sibaltan que son una mravilla y super...

"The staff and their willingness to help us in any way was exceptional.. They all were extremely kind and went out of their way to help us with transportation, help finding places,to go see , and breakfasts were ready at our preferred time each morning and with a greeting and smiling face.. rooms were comfortable and clean but The TV could be in a better spot for viewing if you plan to watch anything .. Over-all we were very happy with the stay there .We will stay again for the price and...

"A la llegada los alrededores no son de lo mejor. Pero la avenida esta a 100 mts con muchos lugares para comer. En cuanto al hotel está muy bien. El único de nuestra estancia en Palawan q prometió alojamiento para 3 y tenía camas para 3. Desayuno simple pero bueno. Excelente atención. Si vuelvo sin dudas me alojaré nuevamente."

"El Lugar ideal para llegar a puerto princesa. situado en una calle muy tranquila a solo 10 minutos de los restaurantes en transporte. solamente hay cuatro habitaciones,,por lo que tienes mucha intimidad. El dueño te asesora y ayuda en tus planes de estancia en palawan. Todo perfecto,, ha sido mi hogar en puerto princesa."

"Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning. The aesthetics of the outside of the rooms was nice, inside very basic, curtains don’t block any light so have a large towel you can use over it. "

My flight got in late, so I arrived at 10:40 in the evening to discover that my room did not have a toilet or shower in the room… I was expected to use a communal bathroom out in the hallway.
