"Lovely hotel with elements of real character. Actual keys to the doors of the room rather than plastic ones! Real cast iron tubs and classy faucet handles. The location in downtown Milwaukee was just great. I am tempted to spend a couple nights there again when I return to Milwaukee next time"

Hyatt Regency Milwaukee
"Although I had a reservation for months in advance, when I arrived at 11:30pm due to a delayed flight, they told me they didn't have any rooms left and they were sending me to their other property. This was so frustrating. The manager was so rude. He just kept saying, "this is standard procedure ..."
