The fully stocked kitchen boasts a large island with seating, ideal for casual meals or socializing, and a dining table perfect for group dinners. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community
