"Very close to Main Street!! Parking was fantastic!! It is up stairs so plan accordingly. Communication with host was timely. I have already booked it for my next business event in that area. Does have a microwave and full size smaller fridge. If you plan to cook meals, there is no stove. Didn't realize that until I got there but Marcos Pizza does deliver. The futon and main bed were comfortable. Didn't use the twin. The twin and futon are in the same room. No door on main bedroom so...

"I was pleasantly surprised. Place was super clean, kitchen had all the gadgets needed, found out when we got a wine but no wine key to open it! Location was amazing, 5 mins to downtown but plenty nearby which we ended up not even going downtown. Highly recommend this place. Super cute and clean and spacious."

"We enjoyed our stay there. The only suggestions I would have are 1) the kitchen lighting is too dim. Probably stronger bulbs would help, 2) a grab bar for bathtub/ shower. It was quiet and comfortable. The heating system in the living room didn’t come on, but I probably didn’t understand the settings. It kept saying E-6, but not producing heat. The bedroom one worked fine."

"These accommodations were outstanding. This location was perfect for visiting Brevard. We took a short walk on the trail (just at the bottom of the hill) to get to and from the downtown area. I have NEVER slept as good as I did in the quiet and comfortable setting. The bed covers, sheets and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom towels were the softest I have ever experienced. The kitchen gave us an easy way to save and reheat leftovers. We had our coffee (provided) and breakfast...
