"Clean and comfortable room"

"Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant."

"Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. We were given an occupied room at 10:30 PM. I flung the door open with my two children in tow. This put us in a very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation. I approached the lady at the front desk about it and it felt like she was shifting blame on the “system” rather than giving us the wrong room. To make things right she gave us a different room and “free breakfast”. The room we were given only had one set of clean towels....

"Everything was going well until check out time. I checked out and got a bank alert about a few charges from the property. I looked at the charges to see what they were about since my hotel stay had been payed and booked by my husband on Expedia. Well I was being charged for the room again, another charge of $40 for who knows what and $54 for deposit(which I knew about) I went back to the property and was told it was an “accident” and that $$ should be added back to my account. How do you...

"The entire hotel is not just under a minor renovation it is a full renovation with black mold exposed. The entire lounge area is unusable. The hot tub not working, elevator not working. Trash cans everywhere. This hotel should not be operating and it certainly should not be charging what it is under these conditions. HORRIBLE conditions!!"

"This is a fairly new property (at least it looked that way), the lobby, room, and grounds were all clean and very well maintained. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit and yogurt (included in the room price)! Checkout was a breeze too. We would definitely recommend this property, and would stay there again!"
