"We stayed 4 to 6 th December 25 for my hubbys birthday. Got upgrades to a lovely sea view room that was amazing and had a free standing bath in the bedroom. Bar was a nice atmosphere and nice drinks and breakfast was delicious. The weather was glorious on the 4 th so had a swim in the outdoor pool which was heated and then went to sauna and indoor pool . "Great room with a view of the abbey opposite. Weather was shocking so ate in the pub (well, more of a restaurant) great food. Service was excellent. Had a minor issue which was resolved in a thoughtful way. Menu excellent for GF and Vegans (clearly marked). One of the best rooms, and with dinner £200 or thereabouts. Parking out back. Genuinely high recommendation."

"The Castle Inn is a lovely traditional,thatched roof inn a 20min walk from Lulworth. The staff were really lovely,each of them friendly and clearly all work hard and look after their guests well..The pub is furnished to a high standard and the room was so cosy and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was good and they have a wide menu for lunch and dinner. The dinner we ate there could have been better,but it wasn't bad..Would definitely stay again."

"A very charming and remodelled village hotel with an excellent restaurant - locals and travelers alike are welcome.
