"This little house was simply adorable. From the bunnies and turkeys to the front porch. It was perfect after long days in the park. Excellent location to multiple entrances. My only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains, especially for visitors coming from the east coast. It stayed light so long and it was difficult to fall asleep. "The house is nice and open and suited our family’s needs. The hot tub wasn’t really usable as it had algae in it. Not a big deal, but the kitchen could use some baking pans/pyrex, etc. We baked pasta in a grill pan. The biggest issue was communication with the hosts, which largely seems to be automated responses. Prior to booking, I asked for an hour late check out and was approved. The booking never reflected that, and after receiving a couple of automated responses to confirm a noon checkout,...

"Stayed June 2026 with family of 6. The property host communicated effectively and always felt that staff was on standby for anything that could come up. Property was very clean, had everything we needed whether that be our choice of coffee, cooking pans, detergent, or snacks. Gameroom and hot tub were wonderful for our teens as they loved it after a long day at Yosemite. The park was just a little over an hour away so not bad at all. Really enjoyed the national park decor throughout the home....

"It was in a quite residential area with room ( 5+ acres but we didn't walk the whole property ) and off the beaten path which I really wanted. The host's offering of EV charger was also extremely convenient. We'd have to drive 35 mins to Oakhurst to charge but we didn't have to so we were able to try the food places that we wanted in Mariposa side. Overall, it was quite a nice stay."

"The house was everything we could have hoped for and more! Honestly, just perfect across the board. Hands down the best home we have ever had the opportunity to stay. Phenomenal communication with the Host. The coffee and wine upon arrival was a great touch! We loved the live oak tree in the back yard and the many species of birds and the deer walking nearby too!
