Beautiful, fully furnished luxury model townhouse in the Midlothian area in the Promenade at Winterfield development. This is the perfect location with ultimate convenience from driving and walkability! This model is your perfect home away from home with an upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful living areas on both the entry level and main level for working or relaxing. Near many hospitals and schools too! Very close to River City Sports Complex, St. Francis Hospital, and CJW Hospital! All utilities and internet are included!
If you are staying for 30 days or more, please contact the host for better prices!

It's a three-story townhome with upgraded LVP flooring on the main two levels, carpet on the 3d floor, and hardwood stairs. It has a fun hang-out area with a wall-mounted TV on the entry-level and a half bathroom. The main level has an open floor plan with a living area with another wall-mounted TV, flowing into the kitchen and dining area, with another half bath and deck. The third floor has two bedrooms (one spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and another with a full-size bed). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Get ready to enjoy living in a luxury townhome close to everything while you're in Midlothian!

Good Location Close to Family

The condo was clean and moderately stocked for people using it as a place to stay and cook vs just a place to rest your head. Tea but no coffee for the Kurig. The place is very quiet. lots of light and very clean. A minus for Ms. Modest, there are no curtains in the dining area which is open to neighbors, and none in the bathroom window. Side note, the bathroom is not open to other homes. There were no cleaning supplies, toiletries, or extra TP. We purchased those and left them there. Because of the multi levels, this is better for people without mobility issues.

Brand new townhouse with close proximity to shopping. Comfortable furniture, gas range, and garage parking. Lots to like.
