Welcome to Bamboo Beach House! This newly renovated, very private 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat is just a short drive from Middletown's beautiful beaches, the Newport Mansions and Cliff Walk, Newport National Golf Course, and all of the bars, restaurants, and attractions that downtown Newport has to offer. Whether headed out to the beaches or downtown, or relaxing around the house on the brand new, expansive deck, this home has plenty to offer.

Long weekend

We were in the area for a wedding in Newport. This home was in an awesome location. It was a short drive to many attractions in the area. We did not want to leave and were actually able extend our trip for another day. Brendan was very responsive to all communications. We would definitely return to this home if in the area.

Nice quiet home convenient to Newport

Property and house were well kept and clean. Checkin was very easy, communication with host was quick and clear. The check out process was a breeze. Front door was set back and sheltered by a beautiful tree out front. This was a nice quiet yard with multiple wildlife visitors. Bunnies every day which your dog may or may not appreciate. Lots to do in Newport and Middletown.

Summer vacation

We had a very nice time once again visiting the Middletown/Newport area. The house was very clean, nicely renovated and conveniently located to shops, beaches and a short ride to downtown Newport.

SPOTLESS & GORG

I booked this VRBO for my parents, brother sister and brother's gf to stay at during my wedding weekend in Newport. WOW. Brendan's home is SPOTLESS. My parents (who are not big travelers and prefer the comfort of being in their own home) absolutely RAVED about how amazing this home was. I got to pop in and check it out. It incredible AND the air conditioning was CRISPY COOL during a very hot and humid weekend. Brendan was very responsive leading up to the weekend and check in and check out could not have been smoother. Great driveway for parking and easy ride to downtown Newport. The backyard and outdoor shower were dreamy. Even though my bridal party did not end up getting ready at your home Brendan it would have PERFECT. The space, the excellent natural lighting and the deck would have made for great pictures! It could not have worked out more! I would love to return myself with two other couples in the future. 10/10!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect spot

The bamboo beach cottage was a perfect spot to spend the last weekend of summer. The house is charming, clean and comfortable. It is close to everything but out of the bustle of downtown Newport. The whole family loved the outdoor shower. The Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Feels like home!

We have been renting in Middletown for over a decade and as our family/children have grown we have needed to rent different homes. This was the 5th home we have rented and by far our favorite. I can confidently say we will be back to this property from now on. The house surpassed my expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and two small dogs. The house was decorated very tastefully and was stocked with what we needed for the week so that we didn’t have to pack things such as bath towels. It felt welcoming and comfortable. Brendan was an excellent host, communication was almost instantly. Thank you so much for having us, we can’t wait to be back next summer!

Perfection!

We can't say enough about our hosts and our stay in this lovely home. Upon arrival we were blown away by all this home had to offer. You can tell the hosts care about the guests that stay here. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Amenities were close by. The decor was lovely. I would recommend this home to anyone. Our family of 4 plus our dog enjoyed our stay and would love to book it again!

Beautiful home, great location

The beautifully renovated home was very spacious for our family, four adults and a toddler. The house was thoughtfully well-appointed with everything we needed for our week’s stay. The location is very close to Easton Beach, a few minutes from Newport, and close to grocery stores, etc. We had a lovely time and look forward to returning.

Fun filled family vacation

Last vacation before daughter heads to college! Location, location! Quick access to beaches, Cliff Walk, downtown Newport for wonderful dining and shopping. The home is super! Newly renovated very modern and clean, comfortable beds and linens. Nice outdoor deck and seating. Everything as described, owner extremely responsive. Will rent again for sure!

Bamboo beach house was excellent

This property was recently renovated. Everything was new and spotless. It was near everything from shopping, dining and gyms. Also a short drive to Newport and different beaches. The house was well appointed and stocked. It even had lobster cracking tools. The outdoor shower came in handy. Will stay there again.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on our recent trip to Newport. The location is just a short drive a number of nice cafes, downtown Newport, and beaches as well. Our group had two families, each with a small dog and a baby, and the home was great for our needs—though we brought our own, I noticed there was even a travel crib available for use. Our host was great with communication and understanding with any questions and concerns that we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area, especially for families and multiple guests!

Fabulous stay !!

We were very please with everything at your home ! I cant say it enough how pleased we were, and we will definitely be back ! We have stayed in a few VRBO homes, and so we can compare the care and thoughtfulness put into each place. The house was immaculate and we did not need a thing, as everything was set up nicely, and the kitchen was well stocked. No issues with wifi or the tv, and the back porch was comfortable. Also, the beaches were a short car ride away, as well as restaurants, and of course the mansions. To be honest, I did not want to leave !! :) I felt very at home in your home, and that says a lot. Next year we plan on coming back, and we will definitely book a much longer stay. Thank you for thinking of your guests, as it clearly shows you put yourself in our place, as guests. Thank you ! See you next time !

Perfect place for our family

Brendan and Noelle's home was the perfect place for our family to reunite after more than a year of separation! Bamboo Beach House is immaculate and exceeds the listing's description! The backyard deck is so comfortable, with a couch, chairs, and a dining table and umbrella, all overlooking a marsh full of colorful birds and butterflies! The side shrubbery walls of evergreens and bamboo provide wonderful privacy while allowing for lots of nests for the birds. We enjoyed chatting, laughing, and catching up during mornings and evenings on the deck. The kitchen and grill are well-equipped and were well used by us! The washer and dryer also came in handy. The three bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms made all the difference with five adults. The convenience of the locations to the beaches, mansions, and Newport, is amazing! We had a few questions and Brendan was quick to respond. We can't say enough about Bamboo Beach House and Brendan - we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting the area!
