"The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. "

The neighborhood is a dead end and has few cars. The apartment feels sizable and is well laid out. It was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. "The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary. "Luxe studio was the perfect place for us to stay when coming to visit our son at USMA at West Point. It was clean and the location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and coffee shops."

"This is absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Hosts are very kind and were prompt in response when we were having issues with the electric door lock. Apartment comfortably fit a family of 4 and is very clean and well kept. It is in a nice neighborhood with very good restaurants/cafes and cute shops all within walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again if we found ourselves within this area again!"
