Boasts a beautiful garden, iconic pool design, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and a pool house. Professionally maintained landscaping and pool. The pool is not heated.

★ PET POLICY:
No pets allowed.

★ POOL:
Unheated pool for relaxation.

★ PARKING:
Driveway parking available for up to 4 additional cars.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Packages can be delivered to the door. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.

★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, portable crib, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A security and fraud prevention check-in procedure will be conducted.

★ SAFETY:
We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise level post 9:00 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Enjoy the tropical climate with regular pest control, though encounters with local wildlife are possible.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire home. Owners live next door and are available for assistance.

The Neighborhood:
Garden House is a short drive to the Florida Keys and nestled between two National Parks, Biscayne National Park and the Everglades National Park. Also, a quick bike ride away from the Southernmost brewery in the United States, Schnebly’s Winery and Miami Brewery.

Hidden Paradise

A beautiful little paradise. The swimming pool was perfect for those hot days. This house was the perfect location for exploring the national parks as well, about a 30 minute drive to 3 different entrances for 2 national parks. The owner was very helpful with our questions. Would definitely rent again if we make it back to Homestead with our family.

Awesome little oasis

We had the best stay over spring break with an eight-year-old boy who loves all the critters! The backyard was wonderful to come back to in the evening after a day of exploring the Everglades or Biscayne national Park!

Beautiful property near Everglades and Biscayne

We highly recommend this property. Our extended family met here for a vacation to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. It is conveniently located near both and within 10 minutes of plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and grocery stores. The yard was the most enjoyable - lovely garden and pool.

50th Anniversary Celebration

The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful! We renewed our vows with a local Pastor, taking place in front of the pool, giving us memories that will always be cherished! The house is awesome with the layout and decor, it is so lovely! It was a really special time and experience! Caroline, the manager, was great to deal with and right there at your beck and call to help in any way she could! We would definitely come back!!! Our stay was over Thanksgiving, from Sat., Nov. 23rd to Sat., Nov 30th. Our anniversary was on Thanksgiving day, the same as it was 50 years ago! :)

Homestead Paradise

The house is absolutely gorgeous! The gounds are very well maintained. The pool was so relaxing and peaceful! It was a nice experience. The only 1 discrepancy issue was the check in process. I recommend checking in before dark as it was not well light at 11pm. Everything else was perfect!

Tropical Oasis

This house and property are a hidden treasure. Very lush landscaping - a true oasis in the middle of a normal residential neighborhood. The pool was stunning - we spent so much time swimming! Around every corner in the back yard was another focal point - little ponds and fountains. Just gorgeous! The house itself was beautifully updated - great views out the back sliding doors. The bathrooms were very nice. I loved the large dining table - we gathered around it several times a day! There are also a ton of convenient restaurants and stores near by. We ordered food in - why would we leave such a beautiful place to go sit at a restaurant? Communication is with a property manager, not the owner - I found that a bit confusing, but it all worked out. If I ever needed to be in Homestead again (perhaps another wedding at Secret Gardens?) I would stay here again.

Warning...please read

At first sight the property is beautiful. The house is really nice and the yard is gorgeous. However, the owner needs to invest in more comfortable indoor living room furniture and outdoor furniture. The living room furniture was filthy dirty and the love seat had a cover over it and underneath was just like foam and the arm of the seat was wobbling. It appeared as if this furniture was found on the side of the road as garbage. The outdoor seating was mostly rusted wire chairs. The hosts property descriptions weren't all accurate. They say there is 4 bedrooms but there is only 3 in the house. They have a bed outside in the pool house. There is not a tv in the bedroom with the bunk beds, like they described. You should also know the pool was dirty and the hot tub does not heat up very well. We booked the house for 6 days and complained on day 2 that the hot tub was only getting to 86 degrees instead of 104. We kept getting excuses and even lied to saying a pool tech showed up on day 4 and said it was working. I requested a discount for our stay and then they finally came the next day to fix it. However, it only got as hot as bath water. Make sure to bring Keurig's, they didn't have a full size coffee maker or an insert to use grounds. You should also know that the owner has a security camera facing the pool and hot tub. Finally, they have rules as to how long you can heat the hot tub before an alarm goes off. That was a lie, there was no alarm. The house air was limited to 70.

Stunning Property!

Absolutely beautiful yard! Better than the pictures! The pool and hot tub were 5 star. The house was open, airy and very clean… the perfect place to relax and visit with family during my daughter’s wedding weekend.

Lovely Oasis
