Guest Access: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. We are available 24/7 for any assistance you need during your stay. Enter and leave the studio freely through your own separate entrance; however, access to the property is through a shared front gate.

➞ Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
➞ Luggage drop-off is not allowed.

Trash Disposal: To maintain a tidy environment, please dispose of trash in the designated blue and green bins located behind the unit.

Late check-outs are maybe available for a fee of $30 per hour after 11:00 AM. Please note that if you have not vacated the premises by 11:00 AM and have not arranged for a late check-out, our cleaning crew will need to reschedule, and a $140 rescheduling fee will be charged.

Due to Florida's tropical climate, occasional insects may enter despite
regular pest control. Please notify us immediately so we can address it.

Please note, a $300 fee will be charged for violations of our no-smoking and no-pet policies. Kindly respect these house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Smoking is not allowed indoors; it is permitted only on the patio, where an ashtray is provided and must be used.
