Our home is located Minutes from downtown of Miami lakes and a block to the lake. Our property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with the CDC and WHO guidelines. Kitchen & Dinning: The Kitchen is fully stocked ( 100 piece cullinary set ) and has a full line of new appliances ( Blender, Cofee Maker is included. We ave to dinning area inside and outside., along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

Outdoor space: The outdoor focal point is the heated pool ( 6’ deep) and also features a carbon BBQ, pool table and more.

Parking: Parking on driveway for 5 cars ( Free )

What’s included: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, crib, 1 high chair, 8 beach towels, free WIFI ( 75MBPS) and Smart TVs for yur straming apps like Neflix.

Our house Commitment to Cleanliness. We want our guest to have a safe and comfortable stay. Our property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Guests are also provited with complimentary hand sanitzer, mask, and desinfecting wipes if the do not have their own.

Note: For guest and property protection Ring Camera is located on front and back of the property. No camera is located inside the home.

Host did not respond to any of my questions. There were only 2 tv 's in the house 1 in the living room and 1 in one bedroom , there were 3 bedrooms and only the tv in the living room worked

Family Gathering

We were in town for a graduation. The location was perfect for us, as our son lives in Miami Lakes. Part of our family, including our grandpup, stayed with us. The home, especially the outdoor space, was ideal for an evening meal we hosted for other extended family in town for the graduation. Our only negative experiences were related to the cleanliness of the cabinets and refrigerator in the kitchen and appliances that did not work (coffee maker and oven).

Family Wedding Mini Staycation

Arianna was sweet enough to host us during our family wedding where we had our brother from Denver join us in Miami. We normally stay with my mother in law, however because we had other family members coming from further away, we decided to rent a VRBO property and go for one with a pool as my mother in law has always dreamed of owning in Miami Lakes. For these handful of days we had just that, the property is beautiful and very accommodating, it was very easy for us to care for it and clean it as if it was our own. Thank you, Arianna and family!

Great area

We love the property, especially the heated pool as it was a bit chilly and rainy when we were staying there. The house was easy to find and in a nice central neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to do a deep clean in the house, it was kind of dusty and could use a good scrub!

I enjoyed my stay overall , although neighbors did have complete access to the property at any time which did raise some concerns and made the stay a little unsafe since I paid for a private property. pool table was also out of service one leg table is broken making it impossible to play and the pool stick were broken too. There was also lots of debris in and around the pool and chill area the pool didn’t have no chlorine tablets Tuesday when we got there and the pool guy who also came unannounced added one Thursday after I bought one at ace hardware store.

Nice location with significant deferred maintenance

During the course of our stay, we had a major electrical repair, change of hot water heater repair of shower. The oven in the house never worked. Bathrooms are much smaller than represented in photos. Owner is a nice person, but the property needs some tender, loving care.

Poor maintenance

Outside furniture moldy, lights/garage door opener and outlets in mbr not working, w/d in garage so can’t see to do laundry, oven doesn’t work, shower knob falls off. Home was clean, centrally located. It does take an hour or more to get out of city traffic. Overall just poorly managed.

Awesome House in a Quiet Miami Lakes

We had a great time staying at this house in Miami Lakes! We had five in our family and everyone had plenty of space to chill and spend family time in the awesome pool and backyard. The house is decorated so nice! Great A/C which we needed since Miami is under a heat advisory. We enjoyed walking our dog around the Miami Lakes. If you are going to Miami, you should definitely stay here! Arianna is great! We hope to be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No toilet paper, paper towels. Missing light bulbs in bedrooms, trash on the side of the house, laundry washer knob was broken. Ants were in the kitchen coming from crack in the ceiling. Other than that the house had a great backyard and pool and hang out area.

Booked location for Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix. Great location to get away from the crowds. Close to the parking lots for the race, near grocery stores, and restaurants. Pool was amazing and great outdoor space.

Home Away from Home

Arianna, you were an amazing host! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my friends. It was 3 couples all in our mid forties getting together to celebrate my husband’s 46th birthday. Your home smelled fresh and was very clean. We spent the most time in the kitchen gathering and cooking then we headed out back to enjoy the heated pool while the fellas played on the pool table. Thank you for sharing your pool towels with us. From the entry of your neighborhood to the entrance of your home we felt safe and comfortable. It was very inviting. Your backyard was immaculate to say the least and it was as described, it was a mini oasis. It had plenty of space with privacy. It’s just a short walk to the lake which we enjoyed. Thank you for being an awesome host! We definitely would stay again!

Most disappointing rental experience ever.

Property seriously neglected. Linens found soaked in dryer upon arrival. Kitchen badly unequipped far from luxury. Now on its 3rd fridge from the pics shown as our first indifferent fridge was broken and had to be replaced, oven still broken, and so much more. Broken shower tap, washer only quick washes, crazily stained pool table with a broken leg and no tips or broken cues. All beds the whole family with myself agreed need replaced. All sunk to the middle. No yard maintenance after our 17 day stay and disgustingly dirty. Everyone's feet black after walking on patio. Dog stains, etc and debris throughout the yard. Pool and pool guy was great though. Yard had big pile of unsafe for our dog and young grandkids with construction debris. Owner removed after requested. Owner excused all our problems with her recent new baby arrival and many problems were not just recent but long neglect. We booked over 4 months before our arrival date. We were are baffled by all the previous good reviews. Felt tricked and very frustrated.
