XLarge LR and outside terrace are great for relaxing. Features 3 tv's w/all premium channels available. There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. You Can enjoy all of the building's amenities, Olympic size heated pool, gym and private entrance to the beach. Free parking space for you as well. Next door to the Diplomat!!

had communication problems with the host, he gave me the code to the penthouse and when I tried it in the door it kicked me out, called him back and he said I went to the wrong door, he then told me to go to the 14th floor, it was supposed to be identical with the penthouse, but the view was not beach front view, only a view to a white wall of the building next door. he did not give me directions to my parking space, said he sent a picture, it took my husband and I 30 min. riding around the parking garage before we found the spot., not good directions. The apt itself was not in good shape, there was a rug over a hole in the floor in front of the sink in the kitchen. the second bathroom was very small. I have used VRBO several times in the past and have not had any problems, you can imagine how disappointed I was.

Had to reach out to host to get check-in info 45 mins before check in. Host was responsive after that. Patio with beach view would have been nice but patio was dirty. Beautiful inside and comfortable beds.

The best Vrbo

One of the best Vrbo stays we’ve ever had! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and just steps from beautiful Hollywood Beach. Communication with the host was excellent before, during, and after our stay. We loved that we could walk to Publix and even Walmart was only a 4-minute walk away. No hidden resort fees or parking charges — everything was clear and easy. Our family, including two kids, had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a stress-free beach vacation!”

Beautiful stay

The condo was beautiful and was exactly what we needed for our needs. The owner did a great job communicating with us. The neighbors and condo staff were not very friendly and almost acted like they didn’t want us there. It was a shame because the place was amazing.

Everyone loved the penthouse!

Tall ceilings, new decor, beautiful view, comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Pool was fantastic. The Atlantic Ocean didn’t disappoint. We used the workout room and recreation rooms, too.

First Timers

The penthouse unit was on the 14th floor and had views of the Atlantic Ocean to the NE and Hollywood to the NW. The interior looked as shown in the photos.Cleaning supplies were provided in the kitchen and some personal hygiene items were provided in each bathroom. The 2nd bathroom was small and located adjacent to the kitchen.The rental included hang tags for both valet parking and a self-parking lot across the street. Key fobs were provided to access the lobby and re-enter the building from the pool and private beach access. The outdoor pool was heated and there was plenty of seating on the pool deck. There were beach towels and 2 beach chairs in the unit, plus a pass which gave us use of 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella from the beach stand. There wasn't a washer or dryer in the unit, but paid laundry was located off a narrow hall between the unit and the elevators. There was a re-chargeable card and detergent in the unit. This hallway was also where we found the recycle room and trash chute.The unit has been updated, but during our week there was construction to the entry driveway, interior entry into the fitness room, and street and ocean facing units.This was our first visit to Hollywood Beach. The area was nice and appeared safe. Other than a grocery store, there wasn't much dining or retail within a short walking distance of the building. The "boardwalk" is 2 miles away & required paid street/lot/garage parking.

Great Property

Stayed with my family for four days, and Eli took care of us from start to finish. The only downside was all the construction going on at the property. We couldn't enjoy much pool time with all the loud noises happening. It was great though that we had parking included and private beach access!

Eli the manager/host was responsive and a good host. We feel there should be a ‘welcoming’ memo with bullet points as to how to go about your daily routines, trash dump chute locations, pool/beach access/ what to bring with you (they have no towels by pool/beach), you must also check in with condo management for pool wrist bands for all guests, no laundry inside apartment, you have to share community laundry as there’s one on each floor and you must pay to use it. You must bring all credentials with you at all times as security is tight all over. This may sound inconvenient however it is a good thing to keep area secured and safe. Apartment was renovated with good modern taste. I would add door locks to bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy.

Great weekend stay!

This penthouse unit was the perfect place to spend the weekend for my mom’s birthday. The condo was beautifully decorated, had plenty of space for the 4 of us, and Eli was such a friendly and responsive host. The only slight downside was that there was construction happening on the building so we couldn’t access the balcony, but being just steps from the beach and all the other amenities more than made up for it. If/when we come back to the Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area, we would definitely stay here again. ❤️

Hollywood Beach

Excellent condo in a great location. Dealing with Eli was very easy and he was very prompt with any responses. Likely outside of Eli’s control but it would have been nice to know in advance that the balcony tiles were being replaced in the unit, and based on the noise, in other units in the building; the pool was empty and undergoing renovations; and there were dump trucks running up and down the beach replacing sand.

Excellent communication with the owner. The unit was well equipped, plenty of linens and towels with comfortable beds and very clean. We were in town for a football game and had no issues getting Ubers etc..

My sister and I traveled to FL for a concert. Even though the weather was stormy, we enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean. Easy check-in. Loved the valet parking! Communication with host was great! Good value!

Perfect Condo for Family of 4

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 4. Everything about this property is convenient. Very modern and updated. Located on the Penthouse Floor. Includes a parking space which was super easy in and out. Great pool and included beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs). Additional 2 beach chairs found on balcony of condo. Workout room looks out over the beach and water. Kids had fun in the game room located on the lobby level. Great kitchen and dining space. All three beds in condo are tempur pedic/memory foam. Eli, our host, was amazing and super accommodating with our schedule. Nothing about this condo was disappointing or even close to being disappointing. Our experience was excellent from start to finish.
