We enjoyed our short stay. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Short drive to Coconut Grove and little Havana.

My husband and I stayed here for just over a week. The area is very nice. We appreciated the secure underground parking. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay.

Superb accommodations

The unit has been remodeled recently, so we were very impressed with the whole setup, from check-in to check-out. The host was very responsive. The provided parking space is very secured.

Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect location for a weekend visiting friends in Coral Gables. Minutes from Miracle Mile and a short drive to the airport. The condo was reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. Parking was secured. If our friends cannot accommodate us next time, we will be back again!

Great location, Very Nice Apartment

Loved the apartment and the location. Appreciated the secure underground parking garage. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic Location

We stayed here for 10 days this past September. The condo was exactly the way it was described and suited our needs to a "T" but without a doubt, the best part of the package was the location! There is a Wynn Dixie supermarket a 5 minute walk away, a great Mom and Pop Italian restaurant right across the street, a fabulous Portuguese bakery, a delightful Peruvian fusion restaurant and a Cuban lunch spot on the same block! You can get anywhere in Miami with a $15 or $20 Uber Comfort ride and there is a tram station right on the corner. Miami is a GREAT place to visit and this is a prime location in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Check in and check out was super easy. It was great having the washer/dryer and a steam iron that actually worked! We could have easily cut back on packing with the convenience of the laundry facilities in the unit. The kitchen was large, all the appliances were new, and the kitchen ware set up was adequate. The internet television set up worked out great with multiple movie channel options. Overall this place is a good bet.

Just the perfect place

Thank you so much I really enjoyed this little spot it was perfect for my recovery and the right amount of space for two. I loved the kitchen and decor most. Getting access to the building was a bit difficult until someone opened the doors for us but once we got to the apartment door everything was easy from then on. There’s a little binder with maps and great places to eat at and that helped a lot. There’s the little shopping mall, Winn Dixie, Hooters, other food spots that are all in walking distance which was great for us. Overall we felt good here and really missed it soon as we locked the door and left for our flight. Next time I’m in Miami and need to stay someone close or in the Coral Gables area this is definitely the first place I’ll check for . Thank you so much 😊

Perfect for our Cosmetic-Tourism Stay

Clean, roomy and well-appointed. We traveled to Miami for cosmetic surgery and this property was perfect. It was in a great location for the Doctors and travel essentials; grocery, dining and public transportation within a block. Particularly of our interest in the condo was the adjustable queen bed for post-op recovery and comfortable sleeper sofa for partner. Internet, cable tv and full kitchen made it comfortable. Safe neighborhood and key fob entry to building made a strange place enjoyable. The owner made herself readily accessible. Whether your visit is like ours--cosmetic tourism--or simply want to be in the heart of Miami, I highly recommend this property.
