Located steps from the beach, this 1 bedroom apartment makes for a perfect extended romantic getaway or family vacation for those who enjoy urban beach living among the finer things in life.

Ocean view, Balcony, fully renovated 1 bedroom with two walk-in closets, marble floors, granite countertops, and directly on the Beach. Situated inside/connected to the same building as the luxurious 1 Hotel. Enjoy the best of South Beach, access to multiple oceanfront swimming pools, hot tub, and beach service. Onsite restaurants include Habitat, STK, Penthouse organic café, Watr at the Rooftop. Home to SoulCycle, Anatomy Gym, a high-end spa, salon, and retail fashion boutiques. Full-time security, and onsite management.

This condo is the "best line" 1-bedroom apartment in Roney Palace, having the best view from a high floor, closest to the ocean, having the vibe of the 1 Hotel's gorgeous interior design and beauty. It offers direct access to the pristine sands of Miami Beach, allowing you to soak up the sun and indulge in the ultimate beachfront experience.

Sharing pools and amenities with 1 Hotel, the property has multiple pools, 5 restaurants, and direct access to the beach.

1 bedroom apartment (880 sq. ft.) has breathtaking ocean views and a large fully equipped kitchen with marble floors, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and stainless steel appliances. New furniture, TV flat screen, cable, internet. High ceiling. New ground-level center pool, lap pool, jacuzzi, bar, and lounge music for the perfect vacation.

Guest Access:
All registered guests will have full access to the property including the new Beach Club, 9 restaurants and bars, pools, hot tub, beach access, and complimentary chairs and towels at the pools. At the beach, there is a discounted rate for chair rentals, and towels are complimentary.

For rentals of 30 days or more, the building requires an application to be completed. This online application is simple and straightforward and should not take more than 10 minutes to complete (fee of $100). This application must be completed and approved by the office before your arrival. (It may take up to 10 business days to process the application. Check with the owner about the pet policy.)

For leases for less than 6 months and 1 day, a 14% tax must be added, as required by law. The application must be approved by HOA.
Pets: We follow the condominium's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $300 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. MAXIMUM ALLOWED PET WEIGHT: 25LBS

South Pool
The South Pool is the first that you’ll encounter from the mezzanine level at the Roney Palace.

Cabana Pool
As you continue walking around the deck, you’ll reach the Cabana Pool. This long, narrow pool is where you’ll find cabanas, daybeds, and lounge chairs, as well as a Sandbox bar with shaded tables and seating. It feels like a secluded VIP section, but everyone at Roney Palace and 1 Hotel has access.

Main Pool
Continue up a set of stairs and you’ll reach the Main Pool, a vast rectangular oasis with lily pad-like lounges seemingly floating on the surface. You’ll find a variety of cabanas and lounge chairs here, as well as the main Sandbox restaurant with a bar, tables, and cushy lounges where you can dip your toes in the sand and enjoy fresh coastal fare. There’s also an oversized hot tub, yoga deck, and cement ping-pong table.

Rooftop Pool
While the rooftop pool is reserved for guests of 1 Hotel, guests of the Roney Palace can enjoy the views, cocktails, and sushi from the onsite Watr restaurant. The rooftop pool was designed by New York-based Nikola Gradisinki of NGNY with white upholstered cabanas, lounge chairs, and overstuffed sofas lining the long, narrow pool.

1 Beach Club
Before reaching the beach beyond the property’s gates, a labyrinthine, landscaped private oasis awaits at the foot of the stairs beneath the pool deck with 1 Beach Club. Lounge beneath the seagrape trees or indulge in sea-to-table cuisine at Wave Restaurant.

Beach Service
On the sands of South Beach, Roney Palace residents enjoy complimentary towels provided by dedicated beach attendants, as well as the option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas for $10 each.

Great stay in Miami Beach

Very much enjoyed our stay at Krish’s place in Roney Palace. Spacious apartment, well stocked kitchen, nice balcony and comfortable bed. Krish was quick to respond to any questions before and after checkin. Many of the 1 Hotel amenities are available to condo residents, but building’s own pool is actually the best! Will be our pleasure to stay here again!.
