Our sleek, modern condo is situated in a prime downtown Miami location, offering easy access to everything! Within minutes, you can be at Bayside Marketplace, Brickell City Centre Mall, the Wynwood Arts District, Miami Beach, South Beach, and more. Not only are you surrounded by some of the best Miami has to offer, but you’ll also enjoy top-notch amenities right at home. Spend the day lounging by the beautiful pool, soaking up warm rays on a lounge chair, or napping under a palm tree. The building features a yoga room and a well-equipped gym with high-end equipment to keep up with your daily routine. After a great workout, pamper yourself at the spa and detox in the sauna.

Take the elevator to the 24th floor and step into a haven of comfort and style with 1,621 sq ft of luminous living space and beautiful bay and skyline views. The sitting area features a Smart TV with cable service and a cozy sofa that converts into a double bed to accommodate two sleepers. Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and step out onto your private balcony, where you can have a seat, enjoy a meal or a beverage, or just relax and take in the fresh air, and bay and ocean views.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare meals at home and a comfortable dining table for sit-down meals. The table also doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace, and with reliable WiFi, this place is great for digital nomads and long-term stays. For added convenience, there’s a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.
When ready to sleep, you’ll find three rest-worthy bedrooms. The first bedroom has a plush king bed with bay views, access to a balcony, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious stand-in shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom has two cushy twin beds and there’s another full bathroom. All the bathrooms have high-end fixtures, and we’ve included some basic bath essentials and a hair dryer for our guests.

Guest Access:
Check-in is in person at the front desk with one of our on-site representatives. Please share your exact arrival time in advance. The resort fee of $35/night, paid at check-in, gives you full access to all building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in a prime location in downtown Miami, surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, cultural sites, and event venues, like Kaseya Center! Bayside Marketplace is just a 7-minute walk away, South Beach is a mere 5 miles away, and the Wynwood Arts District is only 2 miles away. Additionally, you’ll be close to the Port of Miami and convenient public transportation options (Metromover/Metrorail).
Getting Around:
The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available onsite for a fee.

- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.
- Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance
- Please note! There is a Resort Fee of $35 per night to be paid directly to the front desk at check-in. This fee grants access to The Gale Hotel's premium amenities, including multiple pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a pool bar, specialty dining, lounges, and more.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- The check-in process takes place at the front desk with the assistance of one of the host's onsite representatives. It is essential that all guests provide an exact arrival time to prevent any delays. *For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the agreed time, an additional fee of $35 will be charged.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Additional/visiting guests should be greeted by the main guest on the reservation. The front desk will not grant access to an unidentified guest.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine and an additional $100 USD cleaning fee.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. If additional cleaning is necessary due to excessive dirtiness, a fee of $100 USD will be applied.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee & subject to availability.
- Some amenities are subject to additional costs such as the onsite restaurants.
- There are no mailboxes or intelligent lockers, so guests are responsible for receiving their own packages.
- Food delivery is to be received by guests in the designated space next to the front desk.
- You’re welcome to receive packages during your stay at Natiivo. The building will hold them for you at a $5 daily fee. Please note this is fully managed by the building and not by Lua Host, so we do recommend avoiding deliveries when possible. If you do need something sent, this option is available.
- An independent management company operates within the condotel building. Please note that any issues with the building are separate from our condo’s management, which is out of our control.
- Valet parking is available onsite for a fee.

- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like trash bags, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. These items are not replenished, when you run out you’ll need to purchase more.

Great place to stay! Beautiful views from balcony, building was very modern and beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and much more. Host had great communication and was very responsive. Parking was 30/day just off site but a very short walk or could pay 70/day valet at the hotel.

The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location.Very good communication with the host.Check in took a very long time. Only one person checking everyone in resulted in a line of people waiting. The fire alarm “chirped” every 32 seconds so no one was able to use that room for 24 hours. Maintenance Person on the pull out couch was unable to sleep all night. Disappointed that this happened, and actually thought the host would compensate us in some way.
