Positives: location, pool, security. Negatives: Room too small, for a single person only. Pictures look like everyone has a balcony. Any room with a -1 after it is a single room with no balcony. No restaurant, been re-modeling for FIVE years! App to pay in advance is wonky, couldn't get to work on android. Wanted 40 minutes at hotel for Miami Home Rental rep to meet and help us check in. Very unresponsive. Shower port design, water gets all over floor. Give adults only to bath towels for the week. Have to pay extra for more towels or beed to be changed. No place to hand wet clothes from swimming or in our case, playing tennis. Dangerous narrow parking garage for making turns with oncoming cars going too fast. Very disappointed with our first Vrbo experience. Read fine print closely and make inquiries on room type, size and location.

Arya Hotel

The hotel/condo residences were very noisy. You could hear the people in the adjacent rooms almost as if they were in my room. Unfortunately for me, a baby woke up and starting crying at 6am.

Great getaway location

Great location and walking distance to cocowalk with many shops and restaurants to choose from. Peacock park is a nice place to visit and is right across the road. Beautiful sunset from the room and waterfront view. The room was cozy and relaxing. We enjoyed the provided wine and bottles of water. The provided plateware, glassware and utensils came in handy. If you want to visit a less crowded beach while you ar staying here visit Crandon Park. It’s just a short drive away. We enjoyed 2 beautiful days at the beach while we was staying here. We would definitely stay here again the next time in the Miami area.

Room was exactly as pictured. Nice view, spacious. Very clean with modern decoration. Very practical to have coffe maker and microwave in the room. I loved that there was a diffuser to use with the hair dryer :-)

Lovely time

Location is great. Plenty restaurants and bars for those on vacation or honeymooners. The place is cozy, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view. Parking was simple and easy. Communication with Silvia was easy, great host. Site manager and services were prompt. This will be my primary spot when available.

Nice location and view

Room was as advertised, good location to restaurant’s, shopping, and the water and nice view with pool and ocean in the distance. Only issue was the hotel employee checking us in was rude for no reason but May just have been having a bad day. The other employees we encountered including checkout were friendly. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. I’d recommend to anyone staying in Miami and great value compared to hotels during the holiday period.

Perfect Grove getaway

After having lived in the Grove for 10yrs and moving away, I always look for the perfect spot to stay in the Grove when I come back, and I finally found it! Close to everything, clean, and well-managed.

Poor communication after we checked in

The manager was helpful when we checked in but it was like as soon as that was over, when we needed things, she would ignore us. I told her I was there for surgery and she left us no extra bedding or towels for a week stay with two people. When we asked her, she ignored us then the front desk had to contact her and THEN sje replied back and told us she was going to charge us for it! Insane to pay a thousand dollars for a week and they want to charge even more for sheets to change. After I made that fact clear to her, she then came by with one more towel and a sheet for the bed. So that was nice she at least partially fixed the issue. The rug in that room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years, but other than that it was pretty clean.

Wonderful location!

The only issue we had was paying for our balance. I wish that part had been easier. We were on vacation and had to schedule meeting a manager who could take a payment for our balance. I have a Zello account but they do not take payment with a debit card set up. Just a downer when you have to take time out of your time off to sort all this out- take full payment - then people don’t have to manage it while on vacation We would visit and stay in location again if this were resolved
