A leisurely stroll down Lincoln Road Mall, a 10-block stretch at the heart of South Beach, will indulge your shopping and dining desires. Be sure not to miss the iconic Art Deco architecture lining historic Ocean Drive, just opposite the stunning beaches. The Grand is conveniently situated a mere 5 minutes away from Wynwood, Miami's coolest and trendiest neighborhood. Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.

Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.

Other Things to Note:
BOOKING RULES
After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.

Must-Read Before Booking:
***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.


***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES
Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 6 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement

NO SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.

CHECK IN
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.

CHECK OUT
The check-out is 11am.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.

MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.

LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

BUILDING RULES

Our building is currently undergoing renovations to the Front Motor Lobby and Main Lobby. This is part of an enhancement project to improve overall guest experience in the long run. While we’re excited about these upgrades, your stay may be impacted in the following ways:

*** Noise: Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.
*** The Main Lobby will be closed. Temporary, clearly marked pathways will provide safe access.
*** Front Drop-Off Unavailable: The Front Motor Lobby will be inaccessible. Ride shares and drop-offs may be slightly less convenient.
*** Mail & Packages: Deliveries will go through the building’s loading dock and distributed to a secure package room.
*** Garage & Elevators: The residential garage and all elevators are fully operational.
*** Guest Check-In: We will provide updated self-check-in instructions to ensure a smooth arrival.
