Oceanfront corner unit just steps away from the beach, with amazing amenities like two infinity-edge ocean-view pools, a sundeck and private cabanas, a fully equipped 24/7 Fitness Center overlooking the ocean, a full-service Spa with steam and sauna rooms, and an on-site restaurant. Located in a vibrant area with shops and restaurants close by.

The space
The apartment allows 6 people to stay at a time; however, it can only include a maximum of 4 adults and 2 kids.

Easy beach access, which includes beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas

Building offers two infinity-edge ocean-view pools, a sundeck and private cabanas, a fully equipped 24/7 Fitness Center overlooking the ocean, and a full-service Spa with steam and sauna rooms

Other things to note
- If you are driving, Hyde Resort offers valet parking ONLY!
(1 to 7 days) $35 per night + tax and 8 days or more $30 per night + tax.
Non-hotel guests $50 + tax/day.

- A resort fee $40 per night per room plus tax and a Resort security deposit of $250 will be charged at Check-in.

- Offering our guests unlimited Wi-Fi in the condo and throughout the Resort and unlimited access to the Gym.

- Cleaning and restocking of toiletries is available at an additional cost. It can be ordered between 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

($80.00) - Change fresh towels and bedspreads, provide additional toilet paper, soap, and dishwashing detergent.

($110.00) - Lite House Cleaning, includes more dishwashing, garbage collection, cleaning the trash surface.

($170.00) - House cleaning includes all of the above, as well as cleaning floors, kitchen, and bathrooms.

* IMPORTANT - Continuing our efforts to properly protect the building and avoid violating rules and regulations. The Association will charge a penalty for any of the following incidents:

- Throwing things off the balcony $750 and the authorities will be called
and we, the association, will file a complaint against all responsible parties.

- Exceed the occupancy or party limit in the $ 500 unit and guests
will be escorted out of the building.

- Pulling a $500 fire alarm station.

- Damage to doors or corridors $500.

- Smoking in the room $250.

- No loud noise after 10 pm.

- The Resort requests a $250 security deposit at check-in, which is returned shortly after check-out if there are no problems during the booked period.

- We are not responsible for objects left in the apartment after checkout.
