Dining options may include Watr at the Rooftop, Wave at 1 Beach Club, Plnthouse, Neighbors, The Sandbox, Drift, and Habitat. Availability, hours, reservations, and pricing are managed by the hotel and may vary.

🚗 PARKING + TRANSPORTATION

Valet parking is available through 1 Hotel Residences for $65 + tax per day. Parking fees must be paid directly to the 1 Hotel Residences Desk and are subject to building/hotel policies.

Guests may also have access to complimentary local drop-off transportation via Audi E-Tron, subject to availability and hotel/building rules.

- A mandatory daily hotel resort fee of $95 plus tax is charged at check-in by the hotel/building.

- Security Deposit of $200 per day, up to a $700 total, is charged at check-in.

- Valet parking, incidental holds, spa services, beach service, kids club, and other amenities may be subject to separate fees, availability, and building/hotel policies.

- This is a privately managed residence located inside 1 Hotel Residences South Beach.

- Daily housekeeping and in-room dining are not included.

Additional cleaning services are available during your stay and must be requested in advance.

- Mid-stay cleaning: $75 per service. Includes sweeping, mopping, tidying, dusting, and replacement of bath amenities. Does not include linen or towel changes.
- Turnover service: $145 for one-bedroom units and $165 for two-bedroom units. Includes sheet and towel changes only.
- Full cleaning service: $200 for one-bedroom units and $250 for two-bedroom units. Includes sheet and towel changes, sweeping, mopping, tidying, dusting, and replacement of bath amenities.

- For reservations of seven nights or more, weekly full cleaning service is mandatory. All applicable cleaning fees will be collected after the booking has been confirmed.

- All hotel/building fees, policies, pricing, and availability are managed by the hotel/building and may change without notice.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

- Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
- An accurate guest count must be provided.
- No smoking and/or vaping allowed.
- No parties or events. Unauthorized guests on property will result in fees and/or immediate eviction.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

PET POLICY
This property is dog-friendly (dogs only) with an additional fee of $300 per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Pets must be fully vaccinated, trained, and kept off the furniture. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog.

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. Rates are as follows:
