Fantastic location a short walk to Surfside and Bal Harbour.
Located at 92nd on Collins Avenue in Surfside, just a short walk to Surfside’s Shul, shops & restaurants and only 4 blocks to the Bal Harbor Shops
Amazing ocean and city views from two private balconies.
NOTE - the building next door is under construction, Expect construction noise most weekdays from approximately 8am-4pm. If you notice my place is priced cheaper than comparable oceanfront units, it is because of this inconvenience.

This Elevator building has swimming pool equipped with furniture, large lawn area and a small exercise room with treadmills, bikes and weights.
High speed Wifi and cable with repeater to ensure access throughout the unit

We had an amazing time. The apartment was excellent and right on the beach. Red was very responsive to our requests. Great restaurants nearby. We would love to go back next year.

Beautiful apartment and great location

This was our 4th time staying at a vacation rental and by far our best experience. The apartment feels more like staying at a friend's than a rental. Even the colorful paint made me think Miami! Location is excellent with little need for a car. We rented bikes a block away and had dinner at the Carpacio in the Bal Harbor shops for one of the best meals. Lincoln Road and south Beach are real close. Shannon was very helpful with suggestions. She suggested we try David's Cuban for Cuban sandwiches and salsa dancing at Yuca on Lincoln Road which was a highlight. I think the location is great for people traveling with kids too. She has some toys and stuff in the closet for families and beach chairs we used down by the water. The building's pool is pretty nice and was not crowded even though we were there at a busy time. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

This place where I stayed at is the best!! The parking is easy. There's a great view!!! The pool was my favorite. The pool was so clean. The water just felt so nice. I felt very welcomed from the first time I just came.

The Perfect Vacation Spot!

This condo was perfect and the beach was gorgeous! It was comfortable, chic and had everything we needed. We had an amazing time and loved our stay in Miami! I would recommend this condo if you're looking to get away and relax in a beautiful setting.

Shan was very helpful in answering my questions because we were 2 couples and everyone had ideas about where to stay. We ended up picking this one and everyone turned out happy. Shan even told us that one bedroom was much bigger so we had flipped a coin for it before we even got there. When we arrived the valet had the keys to the unit and knew we were arriving. The place was clean and was actually the place shown in the pictures (I've heard of other places pulling that one). The views are terrific from about every spot in the place and we enjoyed making frozen drinks in the blender and sitting on the deck in the evenings. The beach has a great running path and was not too crowded and there were lots of chairs by the pool--just get there early on Saturday. The little neighborhood is also really handy. We walked to dinner a couple of nights. We also took the bus straight down Collins to Lincoln Road--no hassle with trying to find parking. My one complaint is that the valet was hard to find a couple of times so we had to wait for our car. All and all, really nice place and easy person to work with.
