This is a great studio, especially for the rate. I chose this one due to the view. You look right out on the Miami Beach sign and sunrise through the palms was an added bonus.The VRBO listing is accurate. The bed is very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Options on the TV were expansive. The washer and dryer is only three doors down the hallway. Security on South Beach itself was surprising to a first time visitor. There was also a security person at the front desk every time I went by, The guy during the day was especially friendly.Be careful locking up when you are leaving. I did not test and discovered I did not lock it the first day. Twist the deadbolt lock on the inside as you jiggle the outside latch to be sure the lever doesn't move. Building and apartment security code locks were very simple to use and remember.I did not find it noisy at all which surprised me for a party mecca. I heard someone else talking in the hallway one evening for only a few minutes. There was really no noise from the street. I went to bed before midnight and was never woken up.Really enjoyed my stay.

Got the job done

We stayed for the CrossFit competition which was across the street so it was very convenient. It’s across the street from the beach and restaurants are all walkable and directly outside the door of the building. It is a studio condo so it was small but fine for our stay. Surfaces were wiped down but it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed. It could use some updates. The tile on the bathtub had failed off and was leaning on the toilet. While owner was responsive, she wasn’t overly warm or helpful. Can easily hear people in the hallways. Kitchen is sparse.

Abruptly cancelled booking while I was headed to Miami

I didn't stay here because the owner cancelled the booking that I had made a few months in advance while was I at the airport on my way to Miami. So I can't provide feedback on the actual place, but I can say I will never do business with this person again. So my advice is to proceed with caution. Good luck!

Place was very small for an infant who just started walkingz

Property manager was very active and was able to answer all our questions. Parking was the biggest problem, they have to mention on the site that parking is not close. Restroom was very small did know what to do. This is not for a family of 3. The fan had so nasty stuff. Wanted to attach pictures but their they don’t have that option. Washer and dryer is not in the apartment it’s out in the lobby.

The property was neat and clean and as described. Good communication with the owner. Note that it is above a noisy bar. Would be fine for partying holiday makers but not so much for a person traveling on business.

Great location and responsive host!

Overall, this location was great as it’s located on ocean drive which is walking distances to everything. The only two things I wish were better called out is: 1) this is a studio apartment. To use the sleeping sofa is very very tight. 2) No hot tub as I believe the jacuzzi tub (which is small) is being considered a hot tub. The host is extremely responsive. We did have an issue with our a/c the second night (windows were closed, was only set to 68) but the host helped us resolve. Although she didn’t follow up to ensure we were good, we were. Overall a really great place to stay. Check in process was easy as well and was contact free. They have security during the day that is downstairs and he was very welcoming.
